The Henley Muckross eco insert Room Heater is what we have for our bungalow.
It is wonderfully crafted and feels and looks substantial in all aspects.
Fitted by a great team from Flames of Lincoln (Highly recommended)
The whole bungalow is now able to be warmed efficiently and effectively and the flames give a lovely show, better than any tv show👍
The whole process was handled professionally from start to finish.
The stove and the installation are both deserving of 5*

Had a very positive experience with an issue fitting my replacement firebricks. Fitter came round and sorted issue out. You pay for the knowledge and experience

Henley arklow stove multi fuel is what I have and only use smokeless coal so I go through alot of centre plates and Henley's are always a pleasure to deal with for support and parts.

I had two stoves installed today and I am delighted with the result. Haven’t lit the stoves just yet but I am looking forward to doing so. From quotation through to installation, the company have been great. My installers Rowan, Keith & Dom were great, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Hi we bought a henley sherwood 21kw back boiler last yr and from the word go every time you open the door to refuel the smoke just bellows out it's driving me insane , we previously had two stoves over the yrs not henley ones and there was no issues with them . Anyone any ideas.

Delivery was prompt had a minor issue with 1 item but was dealt with in a professional manner by sales manager David Leane who went the extra mile. Would recommend Henley stoves.

Had a Henley Sherwood fitted last year. Absolutely love it. Glass was accidentally broken on Tuesday, ordered replacement glass on Wednesday. It arrived by DPD on Thursday. That's seriously good service on all levels.

We have loved our stove, was easy to install and it lets out enough heat. Have had it a few years now. Thinking of purchasing a second for the dining room.

Purchased a log fire a while back but needed to replace the brick set as it was cracking. Ordered a new set from Henley Stoves. Nothing arrived after a month so I emailed Henley. They stated the order left there on 18th February and was with DPD in their system. This was now 21st March. I discovered through the DPD site that the package had been somewhere in Maidstone DPD for over a month. Henley instantly sent another shipment to me via DPD and it arrived 2 days after sending. Fantastic response and can’t praise Henley enough. Not sure how long DPD will keep the original package but I am very happy with the speedy response from Henley Stoves. Highly recommend them.

I had one for ten years great stoves

Just purchased the new Henley Elly wood pellet stove, having searched the internet for months, finally bought and had installed the latest model, which i must say is fantastic, easy to install and operates from my phone as well as its built in control panel.
Had a slight issue with a side panel but the customer service has been outstanding, David was even willing to ship out a full replacement but we went with the simple option as we had the stove in place.
Brendan the service engineer was great, arrived and sorteed the minor issue out and was gone within an hour.
No mess or fuss just a great stove and outstanding customer service.

Door keeps on falling off due to faulty grommet at bottom and they dont care as our installer has found out Paul Fitzgibbon Ceo get a grip any damage caused by the door you WILL REPLACE would never this company as staff haven't a clue and send wrong parts aint this Connor who hasn't got a clue mind all calls are recorded would never recommend Henley Stoves to anyone

I recently bought an Elmwood stove, I am absolutely delighted with it, looks fantastic in my fireplace, really happy with it !

Purchased a 5KW Arklow stove 3yrs ago and cannot praise it enough, the heat they produce consistently for hours is far greater than an open fire, haven't purchased home heating oil since I got it installed, just leave doors open and heat will travel around
Plus you don't have that open hole in the roof which heat escapes from. My only regret is not purchasing the enamel finish.

Waiting since before Christmas for an order. Henley seem to be in no hurry to deliver anything. Still left waiting. Henley are blaming DPD & and the retail outlet I ordered from. No one at Henley appears to be willing to be accountable for the poor service. I paid extra for a service and Henley too their sweet time.

I recently purchased a second Ash pan for my stove, I bought in from Henely online but inadvertently ordered the wrong one. Sophie at Henley was very helpful in swapping it out with the correct one for me.
