We had a great experience with Henry Dannell. Lauren was our appointed mortgage advisor and she helped us through the process seamlessly, offered lots of advice and was very flexible around our busy schedules. Lauren checked in with us frequently and kept us updated as the process went on.
We also had calls with Stephen who explained protection policies and again, was very communicative and clear on everything.
Both Stephen and Lauren were really helpful and made the process very smooth and less worrisome for us as first time buyers.
