Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! Never received the pendant and necklace on time. I ordered for next day delivery and a day later still have not received it. And the shop has stopped responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. The products are unique but not worth the stress and hassle. The most horrible experience!

I'm sorry that you feel that you've had a horrible experience despite the fact we've responded to every single one of your emails within minutes of them being sent, the first one being at 8pm on Tuesday night which is outside of our business hours. We then sent you a message first thing this morning to update you on the tracking information. Perhaps our replies are going to your Spam but seeing as you were replying to them I assume you got them? I'm happy to post the whole message history here?
You placed an order on Sunday evening and paid for next day delivery. We posted the order first thing on Monday (as you saw in the tracking information) This means your pendant should have been delivered on Tuesday by 1pm, but unfortunately there was a delay in delivery due to circumstances outside our control. As you are based in Scotland and we're posting from Kent I suspect the snow and adverse weather conditions were to blame. We are a small business - not Amazon - and as the rest of our reviews show we generally exceed expectations with regards to delivery speed. In this instance we fell short and I do apologise however I believe we went did everything we could to look into this matter as soon as you bought it to our attention.
I've checked the tracking and the item is due to be delivered today before 1pm. You told us that you are now on the way to the airport to leave the country for the foreseeable future. I would suggest the next time you give yourself a little extra time to order online items to factor in unforeseeable delays.
I hope you have a wonderful trip and when the pendant gets returned to us we will issue a full refund.

What a fab find!!...I'm normally too cautious to go with a business I haven't heard of. But I trusted my instincts and purchased a Blue John necklace for my mother's Christmas gift. So glad I did. Very quick delivery, beautifully packaged and presented. The necklace is perfect and exactly as described. I highly recommend Hepburn and Hughes.

I am disappointed with the lack of…
I am disappointed with the lack of tracking updates. There has been no update since Sunday (my time). I was hoping to have more up to date tracking. I ordered these for my bestie for her 50th, and was hoping they would be here for her bday. I knew there was a chance they wouldn’t be, based on the original shipping estimate, but was hoping for better updates to give me a better idea of if they would be here in time.

Hi. Sorry you haven't received your item yet. We posted it the day after the order was placed and an email was sent with all the tracking information. This may have gone into spam so please check there. As the order was being sent to Ireland and the UK is no longer in the EU there may be VAT and duty charges to pay for - so look out for emails from customs.
