Paid £118 and nothing arrived my advice is it’s a scam don’t buy anything from them

I wish I had read the reviews first, I paid out nearly £400 in September and have received nothing, even their live chat is a much use as a chocolate teapot.
I paid with my credit card so hope I can clai back as this is fraud, I shall alos be reporting to the Police and Ombudsman.
BE AWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered £240 worth of Gummies on 29th and 30th August this year, and have not received anything! No correspondence at all. I feel so angry that I trusted this company to honour my purchase. I have a number of health issues that, I know would eased some, if not all of my conditions.
Please do not buy anything from this company. Read the reviews first.
I feel totally let down. This is alot of money.

SCAM
Same as all the others I have been scammed as well for £119.85 and received no gummies. I have emailed but received no response. I cannot find a telephone number to contact them. Disgusting!

Like the rest of the reviewers on here, I have been scammed. I ordered one bottle of CBD Gummies and spotted a problem as the form was being processed, so I contacted them via their live chat. I was told to wait for the product to arrive, return it and everything would be sorted out. This was on the 10/10/22 and no product has arrived but I was charged £119.85. If anyone has an e-mail address or a telephone number I would appreciate it if you could post it on this page as my bank cannot begin to treat it as a dispute unless I have tried to contact Herbalqualityonline but I cannot find any contact details.

It appears I have been scammed along with many others. I have an email from Eva confirming a free despatch on 16th November, as I had not received my original order- seems it will never arrive! Still getting emails every day though!

The same problem as other people have reported. Total scam. I too thought I was paying for one package of gummies but was charged £119.85 for 3 packs. Please spread the word.

Total scam. I ordered my gummies in September & they still haven't arrived. The tracking link they sent doesn't work, and I can't seem to contact them. They've taken £119.85 from my account.

Bad bad experience with them.
They do not have updated information on latest products, suitability for people with allergies etc.
Not so good to be used as a reliable source of updated information

Same experience as others - my package is stuck in Customs at Heathrow! I bought from Greenhouse Research - which appears to be a UK company! So everything about this is very poor and “iffy”- I have notified my CC Company and they are on alert if my package does not arrive or efforts are made to take further payment. Go elsewhere for your CBD gummies!!!

I spent £117 on three jars of CBD Gummies which I ordered online - Eva James contacted me to thank me for order and the money went from my account - over three weeks have passed and nothing has arrived. I have made numerous live chats and been told they are stuck at Heathrow Airport Customs - the DHL tracking link they sent me does not work and I am unable to get through to any of the numbers they have supplied for customs. I am afraid I have been duped and ripped off and would suggest nobody ever buys anything from these people

seems like I have been lucky - when my bank (Barclays) saw that £119.85 went out of my account this morning - I thought I had paid about $36.99 - they blocked my card and sent me a text to check I made that payment. It was at at the same time that I had ordered the CBD Gummies from Greenhouse research ...- however it was herbal-quality-online who took the money - so I have cancelled my card so they can't rip me off again - I was angry at being conned - it was 'Kim Fields, your dedicated Specialist Director at Greenhouse CBD' who sent me the email ...

I ordered in October never received what I ordered,but theyvtook money from my account,didn't know ow till I got my statement from my bank.This should not be allowed to happen,I have emailed them twice no reply.

Never received my order. They don’t seem to have a website. Took payment straight away. It’s a con.
