So Canada post has my package and with the strike who knows when it will be delivered. Herb support pretty much told me I’m SOL as far as getting a refund or a new order sent out. Now they refuse to answer any emails.

I order a few times with no issue. But the last time has been horrible!
Passed an order on Monday night, order was only shipped on Wednesday.

Tried getting in touch with them and never got any replies, which is weird in itself because in the last I had good communication with them.
Tried reaching their support team. Been 2 days now and still haven't gotten a response.

I will stop ordering from then until the issue is resolved and they have their stuff together. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately my order was sent out just before the postal strike and my order is with the post office. I message you about my oder and all I was told that there is nothing you can do about it. So now I don't know when I'll receive my order. I would think that upon hearing they were going to strike you would have switched to another delivery company, but you didn't and I don't think that is good customer service. Totally disappointed in this. You should have been on top of this and not just giving me a lame excuse. Well why would it matter you got your money from me and I have no product.

Always excellent product. Will continue shopping with them.

They take a whole 7 days to tell you something so important like my parcel is stuck for the foreseeable future LOL... I used to recommend this website to friends but Not anymore
HORRIBLE customer support

Due to the postal strike I haven’t yet received my order so I can’t make an honest review of my delivery.

I have high hopes for my Pineapple Express when ever it arrives. Got shipped the day before they announced the strike. Oh well, everything else was amazing and I am sure the customer service is amazing if you need to use it. Will buy again as it is my favourite strain.

Best bud around you won’t regret the jungle Mac or frost cream puff, all the bud is great I’ve tried over 10 different strains!!!

Yes takes about 1 week to get products no bonuses only 1 joint if you spend enough

Never received my order! They keeping telling me to wait until the shipper reports it as lost

cant say anything about the product.havent received it yet.twice this year canada post is on strike,think they are needed but at the cost it is to maintain it now.should see how much different in another carrier.some people dont mind paying difference when knowing i can receive it.got cought last time as well and never got what i ordered and you sent something you thought would be the same.not so still have half of that order. cant order again. time will tell
