They used to be the best but now the flowers are mostly seeds. The other products still seem ok.

Ordered Mon., arrived Thurs. in Atlantic Canada. The quality of the 4 products was very good.

Good products and excellent customer service! We've ordered a variety of product from them - flower, prerolls, gummies, shrooms and hash.
The only time we were unhappy with our hash (which we order quite regularly) they promptly sent us what we were looking for at no cost. A wonderful company 🙂

I have been purchasing weed for my disabled son, from Herb Castle for what seems like forever. This Company has been absolutely amazing!! Their customer service has been awesome and the delivery has been usually received in 2 days or on occasions a weekend may intervene so I have received on the Monday. Kudos Herb Castle. You have my 5 Stars. Keep up the awesome service. Mary B.

There company very good sadly been low income and haven't been able to buy but when I did theyyy was gggooodddd yum

I have used these guys several times over the past 2 year. Sometimes they are good, but other times I seriously question their honesty. I had stopped using them for awhile because an order had taken 10 days to get here. This was prior to Christmas and Covid.
My last order was placed Monday Maarch 29th and was sent Xpresspost. There was no updates on Canada Post so after 3 days I messaged Herb Castle. Within an hour of the inquiry the item suddenly was scanned and showing delivery would be Thursday April 8th 10 days! Herb Castle claimed there was cobid issues at the post office and was causing the delay. When I looked at the Canada Post website there was no reported outbreaks since Feb in any facility. Customer service confirmed this.
So now I have questioned herb castle and want to know who's lying to me. Herb castle has done nothing to correct the issue and has not responded to the question of who's lying to me. To say the least the Customer service is terrible and clearly they have no care if they lose customers. Very angry and frustrated. Don't waste your money here unless you want to wait an unreasonable amount of time and not be kept informed. They were well aware of the issue as I was not the only one that has this problem with Monday's shipments. To me I feel they forgot to set up the pickup and didn't send it until multiple people complained.

***UPDATE*** Tuesday April 6th. Package still has not left BC and the 15% discount (which is the same as several of their discounts on their page) off my next order is a joke.
There is no way I will ever deal with Herb castle again and would never recommend them to anyone who isn't willing to wait 3 days let alone 10+! The Covid Canada Post excuses are getting old! Find a new shipper or continue to lose business. I for one will never go back.

I ordered moon rocks and magic mushrooms. The moon rocks are good but I wasn’t very happy with the mushrooms. Idk if I received a bad batch or something but the magic mushrooms did almost nothing for me (high wise). I was quite disappointed.

The product was fine, could be better but I bought the cheaper ones. The bad review is on the shipping. Told me my package was being delivered one day, then changes it to 4 days later... Aggravating
