Auf meine Haut kommt nichts anderes. Als Frau in den Wechseljahren erfüllt Age-Delay White Gold Lifting Cream die Bedürfnisse meiner Haut. Diese Nachtpflege gehört zu meinem festen Abendprogramm vor dem Schlafengehen. Das Resultat am Morgen ist fantastisch, die Haut ist genährt, entspannt und fühlt sich geschmeidig und erholt an.

Ich benutze es schon seit 3,5 Jahren und möchte es nicht mehr missen.
Es ist eine gelartige Flüssigkeit die hydratisiert und mein Gesicht nach dem Auftragen des Toners weich macht.
Dann fühlt es sich an, als würde mein Gesicht das Serum und die Feuchtigkeitscreme viel leichter und besser aufnehmen als ohne.
Ich mag es sehr.
Wirklich ein sehr gutes Produkt.

Die Creme ist phantastisch! Die Haut sieht ganz anders aus! Sie wird prall und gepflegt! Ich kann sie nur empfehlen: „Eine besondere Creme!“

Ich habe mich am 26.11.2021 am Hamburger Flughafen überreden lassen eine Creme zu kaufen.wollte sie mir selbst zu Weihnachten gönnen.habe sie dann auch erst benutzt.Es kamen 2Tropfen raus! Das war’s! Keine Chance an den Inhalt/Wenn überhaupt etwas drinnen ist,ranzukommen.Die aufwendige Verpackung der „ Spritze „ ist das Geld nicht wert.

Do NOT buy this products!!!! The lady hand me a free sample to try and when I was leaving she started to do the sales pitch. She explained the moisturizer and the peeling mask original price was $350 each and the toner is $200. They had a special "only" for that day were the products that were $350 now they were $200. I keep explaining to her I do not have money, she continues to talk and really pressure me to buy something. When she sees I'm not buying anything she take me to the register and said to me that she "wants to help me because I seem like a nice lady."

She lower the price to $100 each and the toner she gave it for FREE! A purchased that was supposed to be around $1,000 now is only $200?! 🚩

I felt really bad so I did buy it. She repeated told me to not mention the price I pay to other people when talking about the product.🚩 After 5min of leaving the kiosk my face started to have like an allergic reaction, I had a burning sensation all over my face, horrible!! I went back and I asked for a refund and explained to her I was feeling an allergic reaction, without hesitation he takes a paper towel with water and gave it to me to clean my face. 🚩Then she proceed to tell me is NORMAL because that means the product is "cleaning my face" I demanded a refund because if I had an allergic reaction only 5min after application what I'm going to do at home? She called the "owner" and gave me her phone for me to talk to him🚩. He has the audacity to tell me that the burning feeling is NORMAL because my face was not used to "organic products".

Let me tell you, I'm not a dermatologist but I'm 100% sure a BURNING SENSATION IN YOUR FACE AFTER A PRODUCT APPLICATION IS NOT NORMAL.
After like 20min of trying to convince me I was able to get my money back.

Glad I am not alone and should have read the reviews before purchasing. The reviews are correct about the sales tactics used to make you buy. The sales lady made also false promises of lifetime refill of product when actually only good for one year. Where is it written? The sales lady of course doesn't work there any longer, does it help? In the meantime they sold their $8,000 machine and wanted to sell me another one for $25,000. What a racket! Young salespeople who prey on vulnerable aging women with the false flattery and all! Should be outlawed!

Ich habe in Wien eine Creme gekauft und als ich zu Hause mit der Behandlung beginnen wollte, war die Pumpvorrichtung kaputt. Das heisst, ich habe eine teure Creme die ich nicht nutzen kann, weil ich sie nicht aus der Tube bekomme.Auf meine Nachfrage wie wir das Problem lösen könnten per Email bekam ich bis heute keine Antwort .Ich bin gespannt ob sie sich auf diesem Weg melden.

My mother was conned into purchasing this product at a local outlet mall. The product used for demonstration was NOT the same product she was given. I am genuinely convinced this was a bait and switch.

Like many others here, I walked out of Hermetise feeling hassled and harangued. "Have a free sample," turned into "Let me sell you $500 worth of products you weren't looking for" and "You really need to buy this $5000 light." Persistent, aggressive salespeople who ooze with false flattery while also tossing out criticisms like, "Why don't you exolfiate your skin," and "Why do you wear makeup?" One feels manipulated and gaslit walking out of the store. Somehow the sales force knows to target the folks that were taught good manners by mama. I let the salesman know I was pressed for time and was ignored. I was offered a "discount" price for the products but was rung up for the original quoted price. I left feeling scammed and angry.

Unglaublich, dass ich auf so etwas hereingefallen bin:
Ich wurde unter dem Vorwand, es würde mir etwas Sensationelles gezeigt, am vergangenen Samstag in den Store am Kohlmarkt 4 in Wien gelockt, wo mir – so schnell konnte ich gar nicht schauen – eine Anti-Falten-Creme ins Gesicht geschmiert wurde. Weiters befand ich mich unmittelbar danach ("Einladung auf eine Behandlung, garantiert unverbindlich!!") auf einer Liege bei einem nichtdeutschsprechenden Mann, der unbedingt dieses Infrarot-Ding um 4.000 € verkaufen wollte und ziemlich aufdringlich und aggressiv an sein Verkaufsvorhaben herangegangen ist. Um halbwegs "gesund" aus der Sache zu kommen, habe ich "nur" diese Augen-Antifalten-Supercreme um € 280,-- gekauft:
10 ml um 280 Euro!!!! Und die tolle Verpackung hat KEINE Versiegelung!!!
Das ist eine unglaubliche Abzocke, deren Umfang mir erst zu Hause bewusst wurde, ganz abgesehen von den Rötungen im Gesicht, die mir diese Anti-Falten-Creme beschert hat.
Die Bewertung hat nicht mal den Wertigkeit eines Sterns, aber kein Stern ist leider nicht möglich.
Von diesem Kauf möchte ich jetzt aber per sofort zurücktreten - mal sehen, ob mir das gelingt.

Felt just about robbed after I left the store today; after repeatedly turning them down they were very persistent, of course very nice, but despite telling them I had previous engagements I had committed to and needed to leave they did not let up. Like many here, drawn in by a simple sample and left with much less money than I walked in with. I only hope these products work but next time (there won’t be-trust me!) I would not like to feel forced and uncomfortable. They continually ask invasive Qs (i.e. what’s your work schedule?) and if given vague answers, they ask again, more specifically… for an unconfrontational/unassertive individual like myself this is certainly the perfect trap.

Wurde in München völlig überrumpelt und in den Store gelockt wo mir ein schmieriger Typ noch schmierigeres Zeug ins Gesicht und auf die Hände aufgetragen hat. An Ende hatte ich ne Tüte voll Zeug, das ich fast gekauft hätte. Zum Glück hat er den Fehler gemacht, am Ende noch was zusätzlich verkaufen zu wollen und ich wurde rechtzeitig wach! Er hat mir die ganze Zeit erklärt, wie viel ich sparen würde und von ihm geschenkt bekäme - ich solle lediglich eine Bewertung schreiben, was ich hiermit gerne tue, wenngleich ich glücklicherweise nix von den Zauberprodukte gekauft habe. Hab brutale Pickel von dem ganzen Schmodder bekommen. Für mich grenzt das ganze Vorgehen an Betrug!

I went to the Mall and got pulled into the store, a hard sell to purchase their eye cream at a discounted only price available from the sales guy, he wouldnt take no for an answer and i tried, i purchased and got out of there, not feeling good, feeling scammed the whole time, i got to my car and my eyes were burning, i said well i will just return the product. I looked at the receipt and the store doesnt take returns only 7 day exchange, i just had a mastecomy, going through cancer treatment i dont need this added hassle. i contacted the corporate office and was told the store will contact me - they didnt, i went there again yesterday and they said we cant do anything unless they hear from the corporate office - i emailed again and nothing. This company DOES NOT Stand up for their products!! As expensive as they are to purchase you would think they would! I feel more scammed then ever!!!!!

So I was just at Ross Park mall on my way home. And this man is saying free samples then gets me in the store. Tries some of the products on me. He was like fast talking and pressuring me to buy something. I dont know how but he got me to buy the diamond scrub face mask. He gave it to me for 50 instead of the 199.00 it was supposed to be. But I felt pressured into buying it. And I didnt even want or need it. Now Im out 53 bucks.

Ich wurde heute (11.10.2021) in der Kärntner Str. in Wien in den Hermetise-Shop von einem sehr charmanten Verkäufer erfolgreich gelockt, d. h. ich habe eingekauft. Inwieweit die Antiwrinkle-Creme wirklich längerfristig wirkt, wird sich zeigen. Was die Bezahlung angeht, fühle ich mich aber völlig über den Tisch gezogen. Da ich aufgrund meines anstehenden Rückfluges nach Berlin etwas in Zeitdruck war, habe ich erst zuhause festgestellt, dass der zur Bezahlung per Karte eingestellte Betrag erheblich über dem Rechnungsbetrag lag ( statt 170€ sind 280€ abgebucht worden). Kann ich den überzahlten Betrag zurückfordern?

So, we (my girlfriend and I purchased a large amount of products while down in San Antonio, Tx. When we got back home and started digging into the products, we noticed one of the products was given to us in an empty bottle. We tried to contact the store that sold it to us, sad to say, they offered no reply or assistance. However, when I contact the corporate office, Stephanie was not only quick to assist, she listened, gave me her cell number and assured we would be taken care of. One week later a brand new shiny box with the product in a sealed package shows up. This was the type of customer service we expect when spending this type of money. We defimitely will be buying again.

Ich habe heute 3 Produkte gekauft. War am Anfang sehr begeistert abet im Hotel angekommen lass ich mir die Inhaltsstoffe durch und war ein bisschen geschockt. Wir sind sofort in das Geschäft zurück. Geld zurück war nicht. nur per Mail kann man das machen. Finde das überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich wenn man es vor nicht mal 1 Stunde gekauft hat. Bin gespannt wie lange es dauert bis man das Geld bekommt.
Ich muss dazu sagen bedrängt wurde ich nicht und Mitarbeiter war freundlich.

After a demonstration that reduced the under bags on one side of my face I purchased several products. Using your products for over a year I have not been able to achieve the same results. What is in the bottle that you use for the demonstration?
