I spent years trying random supplements from social media ads. Most of them did absolutely nothing. This was the first time I felt like I was actually getting real medical guidance instead of marketing.

I travel frequently for work and never had time to schedule doctor's appointments. The online consultation fit into a lunch break and my prescription showed up a few days later. Couldn't have been much easier.

I originally signed up because my husband was struggling with confidence and didn't want to deal with awkward doctor visits. The whole process felt surprisingly professional from start to finish. We completed the questionnaire one evening and his medication arrived discreetly a few days later. Everything was explained clearly and there was never any pressure.

I asked to quit receiving a prescription from this company and received an email from them stating that I had been taken off the auto-ship list, but then a month later I was billed for another batch of the medicine, and it was shipped to me even though it does not work and they will not get back to me to reimburse me even though I have reached out to them a number of times. This company is a scam.

A rip off. I had canceled my subscription/prescription with them. I got message confirmation of the fact that it was canceled. Almost two weeks later, they charge me $200 for a refill. AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY closed my account. And now they refuse to return my money, although I have proof of the fact that they took the money out after the fact

These people are crooks. This med did not work for me so I tried to cancel my very expensive auto renewal. That is impossible online. Spent 3 hours in chat with a CSR who assured me that my 'membership' had been canceled. They still billed my credit card. They are crooks.

I tried their medication All it did was give me a bad headache for at least 2 days. Trying to cancel the subscription after that was a pain in the butt. There's no easy way to do it and they lock you in for as much as they can so I'd be very careful and pay very close attention to the subscription cuz it auto renews and it's more expensive the second time around

The product was ok. Nothing better than Sildenafil. It tastes absolutely horrible. The major issues I have is $25 a dose on intro price then $40 a dose. Thats way out of line. The other issue is their shady “cancel anytime” bullshit. They’re very sleazy when it comes to cancelling. The instructions on how to cancel are bogus. They lead you to a dead end. There is no cancel button anywhere on their site. Customer service is the ones feeding you the obstructions. They will not cancel.
This stuff works for the most part but, there are far better, much cheaper, and easier to deal with options.
These guys suck and should be put out of business.
