Juniper changed my daily routine
Juniper changed my daily routine. My tastebuds seemed to change and I wanted to opt for healthier options and the app keeps me accountable. My relationship with food has completely changed and I am now just having healthy nutritious meals that fuel my body and give me energy. I’m exercise more regularly and sleeping amazingly.

The improvements to my health and how I feel overall, has really made an impact on my life, before I went from being extremely sluggish, in pain, and sever fatigue to feeling like a million dollars - I haven’t felt this way in years. Juniper made the process so easy and for something that was a little embarrassing to discuss the compassion and kindness was amazing. The injections are so easy to use, and I barely feel them. I highly recommend juniper.

I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with Juniper and my weight loss journey so far. When I started, I wasn’t expecting such a big change, but I’ve now lost a significant amount of weight and feel so much more comfortable and confident in myself.
What I’ve appreciated most is that it hasn’t felt like I’ve had to completely change my life overnight. I’ve been able to make changes to my eating habits, become more active and still enjoy the foods I like without feeling like I’ve failed when I have a treat or a higher-calorie day.
The support and guidance through Juniper have made the process feel much more manageable, and having regular check-ins has helped keep me accountable. I’ve also found the medication to be a really helpful part of my journey, particularly in helping me manage my appetite and make better choices.
I’m really proud of how far I’ve come. It hasn’t been about being perfect, but about making changes that I can actually maintain. I’m still on my journey, but I’m genuinely happy with the progress I’ve made so far and grateful I decided to give Juniper a go.

Invest in what's important - your future self!
I have found the whole process very easy to follow, from the initial consultation through to starting on this journey. (I'm on week 5). I found giving myself the injection very daunting to start with, but it does not hurt, and I really didn't even feel the needle. I have had a few mild side affects but have followed the suggestions in the app, and they dont stick around too long.
If you're like I was and keep thinking about and researching it, take this as your sign to invest in yourself and your health, and go book in for that first consultation.
