Terrible Support Experience – Avoid This Provider
Initially, I had a positive experience with the program. I purchased a 1-day pass, enjoyed using it, and planned to upgrade to a 7-day pass once it expired.
Unfortunately, I accidentally selected and purchased the 30-day plan instead. I immediately contacted support requesting a refund or downgrade, especially since the website advertises refund options. However, the admin refused to process any refund, showing no flexibility despite the clear mistake on my end.
To make matters worse, when I tried logging into the game shortly after, my account was banned. This happened even though the provider's most recent website update claimed the cheat was fully undetectable.
Overall, the support was unhelpful and unresponsive, and the experience left me feeling misled. I strongly advise others to steer clear.
SIDE NOTE: Looking at their Trustpilot page, around 99% of the positive reviewers have only ever left a single review in their entire history. This strongly suggests many of them are fake/bot accounts, which makes the high rating highly suspicious.
🚨EDIT / UPDATE🚨
After posting my honest negative review, the site administrator contacted me privately and tried to persuade me to delete it. When I refused, they revoked access to the 30-day license key I had legitimately purchased, effectively banning me from using the product I paid for.
This feels like retaliation and borders on fraud, as I've been denied the service I fully paid for simply for leaving critical feedback.
I strongly recommend staying away from hewstore.com

However, the 30-day plan was clearly displayed across multiple pages during the checkout process, including the final confirmation before payment. The subscription was activated immediately after purchase, and no pre-purchase inquiry was received about a shorter plan or downgrade. Our Refund Policy explicitly states a no-refund policy for digital products, with very limited exceptions only at the owner's discretion. Key points include: no refunds for wrong product selection, no refunds in the event of a ban or detection, and agreement to the terms upon purchase. The product functioned as described throughout.
- Regarding support: Your Discord ticket remains open, and our team has continued to reach out with messages seeking a constructive resolution. Unfortunately, we have not received responses to our recent attempts to discuss the matter further.
- About detection and bans: The product continues to remain undetected, with no recent game updates causing widespread issues for our users. Bans can occur due to the game's AI-based anti-cheat system and individual usage patterns — risks that are clearly disclosed in our policies and are inherent to this type of software. We invite anyone with concerns to join our community chat and speak directly with other active customers about their experiences.
- On positive reviews: We’re grateful for the genuine feedback from our verified customers, many of whom have multiple reviews on Trustpilot (some with ID verification) reflecting years of positive experiences across similar platforms.
Regarding your update about access revocation:
After careful consideration and in line with our Terms of Service, access to the product was suspended due to violations of our community and usage policies, specifically related to the spreading of inaccurate and misleading information that harms our reputation and misrepresents the experiences of other customers.
