Beautiful healing pendant
Lovely pendant. I ordered 3 for gifts for friends. Two were beautiful but the third was flawed. I explained my plight and sent a photo. The customer service was terrific and assured me they would replace it. Shipping takes quite awhile but lovely.

I thought these stones were beautiful
I thought these stones were beautiful. When I received them they were as advertised. Stunning pieces of work. Another thing is I really appreciated how soon the stones arrived. It did not take long. I love the strap that secures it around my neck. It is simply lovely on my chest. Highly recommend getting one.

When I received my order, a beautiful necklace, noticed the pendant was holding on by a frayed thread. I contacted customer service immediately by email also including a photo. Within a few days I was given a refund for the item which I requested. Customer service was very easy to communicate with via email and very quick in responding.

Fantastic customer service
I initially ordered two Sri Yantra amulets, but upon arrival, noticed that the gold geometry was misaligned on both pieces. Given the price point, I was initially quite disappointed and reached out to their team to highlight the issue, sharing photos of the alignment error.
Hexagra handled the situation brilliantly. Their customer service team responded promptly, took full accountability for the manufacturing defect, and quickly sent out two replacements without any hassle. The new amulets arrived in perfect condition and look fantastic.
It's rare to see a company stand by their products so decisively. Mistakes happen in production, but it's how a business handles them that counts. Really appreciate the stellar support and the quick resolution.

Love the pendent
Love the pendent, but hated the rope necklace. I have several rope necklaces and they adjust to a chocker size. Not this one, I was told to cut one of the knots then adjust it. Sorry that did not work and I spent extra to purchase a necklace that would work.

I ordered two of your necklaces. The first one put onto wear it broke in less than an hour. The second one I wore it broke in about 3 days of wearing.
