Same as everyone else, ordered beginning of Dec, few emails saying there was an issue with the currier and my order was on its way.
Just went to check again and email and website has gone.
Absolutely disgusting, anyone have any ideas how we can claim our money back?

Totally the same experience as everyone else. Ordered 4 scratch maps. Kept asking for a refund and they kept giving me the runaround. Now their Instagram and site and emails don’t seem to work. Have they been shut down!? Any chance of us getting any money back or that’s it?

Since december i did not revieve my order and they replied but now their site is not any more available
And no reply for my e-mail

Never received my order and every time i have emailed them i just get answers that it is in transit...

I got screwed over just like the rest of you!
This is terrible and should not be allowed to happen!! If we got enough people on board im sure we could do something about this!
So lets all come together and fight back against these a$$holes!
If anyone has any idea of what to do about this and how we could maybe get to the bottom of this, shoot me a text or something! 306-291-8747

Last November, I shopped from one of SHOPIFY.COM adds of HEX COLLECTIONS through my profile on Instagram and I never received my purchase. I tried to contact them on e-mail provided "store @ hexcollections . com" and it is a dead end, does not exist anymore. My research showed me I wasn't the only one felt schemed How do I proceed?

Bought a map a Christmas present in November never arrived after 15 emails eventually said would refund my money and never did now I can’t even find there website saying server not recognised absolute joke of a company or a massive scam

Like others, my order from before Christmas never arrived. I was sent e-mails assuring me it was on its way but still nothing. Now the e-mails are bouncing back and the website is gone.

If everyone was scammed, like I was, we could easily start a class action suit. It's a pain in the a$$ but if enough people jump on board, there's potential to hold to corporation to distribute the income and/or be held accountable (directors liability) for taking money and not sending product. Please let me know if anyone wants to proceed. I'm mad that I lost Christmas presents and money for nothing! Are you??

1 star is even TOO MUCH ... totally scammed ... What should have been a nice Christmas present never arrived and Nicole reassured me my order was on the way ... never got it and now the website no longer exists!! How is it possible that these people can get away with this?? If everyone paid approximately 60 pound like I did, easy money for them. Can’t we do anything? This is so unfair ... I will never order online anymore, which is also unfair for the hard working honest people! 😢

Yet ANOTHER scam. It is a shame that we are no longer able to trust ads via mobile device Apps, like Instagram or Tinder.
My order was made on the 22nd November, 2017 and a chase up email got a response from a "Nicole," who I am sure does not exist. I was told that the product was in transit to England.
I followed up today (26th January, 2018) and got a bounce back. The "hexcollections.com" domain has obviously been abandoned and taken down, as the thieves have made their winnings.
I think we are in a new dawn of cyber crime and at present, governments are powerless to intervene. I see no course of action I can take...
So much for a Christmas Present to my Brother.

I'm from Spain and my English is not very good. I placed an order at the beginning of December 2017 and today I have not received anything. I have written an email to nicole and the email address does not exist. It is a scam, I do not know how instagram has allowed publicity. what do we do now? they have to return our money

Absolutely ridiculous. You can be as vigilant as you want but these fraudsters will always find a way to get you. If you live in England please report this to actionfraud.police.uk or phone the contact centre on 0330 303 0800. There may be hope if we all pull together.

my order has never arrived. is there any ways to get the spammers? so many people got tricked. The website and adds looked very professional so it doesn't seem that it was the first time for them

There should really be an option for ‘no star rating’ they’re a bunch of fraudsters, why would Instagram allow such a company to advertise on their platform, they must have some sort of responsibility? Does anybody know if they can be held accountable?

On 16 December ordered a chrome map for my husband for Christmas and was put in touch with "Andrea" who claimed my map was at customs. Her email address now doesn't exist - conveniently. What sort of unconscionable, immoral, fraudster would deceive so many people and advertise openly on several respectable social platforms? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A true disgrace... and as a lawyer I know they cannot get away with this for long...
