I have serious doubts about this company, because i had them do an EICR test on my rental 1 bedroom flat, the report was that it needed £364.00 worth of remedial work to be done. When they returned to to carry out the said works, my tenant told me they were present for no more than 10 minutes. i'll let you draw your own coclusions. Thankyou.

I was really impressed with the speed of the follow-up by Hexo Electrical Testing, as well as the communication prior to our appointment. We received a reminder call ahead of the appointment, which was really helpful. The engineer turned up on time (which is often not the case in my experience!) and all the necessary work was done quickly and efficiently. The engineer was super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. We felt like we were in good hands, start to finish. As somebody who has worked in property for decades this experience was amongst the best.

Electricians were quick and friendly, and testing was thorough. They were very flexible to schedule the appointment to a time that suited us.

Hexo took care of two of my flats for me. Their customer service was very quickly to respond to me.. I had searched around and found the pricing very reasonable for me. I went to meet the inspector at the flats and he was on time. Very polite quick and efficient. One flat needed more doing to it than the other which was no surprise to me really. It needed a new fused box. I got an upgrade of sockets and down lights at the same time. There was a lot less in the other flat because I had some electrical work done in two years ago. The engineer was on time and even gave me a call on the way so I didn't have to waste time hanging around. Overall a very good service and I would recommend them. The satisfactory certificates came out quickly in time to send to the council. Excellent company.

We needed our flat to have a up to date EICR electrical certificate. The ititial enquiry was responded too and they organised a visit to our flat within a few days.

A follow up was needed to do some repairs. This again was easily organised via Hexo who made the whole process easy plus were on hand to answer a few questions I had. I would recommend this business.

Hexo shall always be my go to electrical company for any electrical problems or safety checks I might need. From my initial contact, they were helpful in offering me an appointment that offered me a ‘window’ to attend. The engineer arrived promptly and was courteous but I think the guys who male the bookings etc really do go the extra mile

Had some work done in my property and the work was brilliant! Nothing bad to say about this company and I would 100% recommend to anyone needing something done.

Truly a nightmare dealing with this company. We booked an EICR, and the engineer left with our emergency lighting no longer functioning, causing four sets of lights in our office to stop working completely. Hexo offered no support whatsoever, and we ended up having to pay for another engineer to attend, who fixed the issue within minutes.

It has now been over a month of me chasing Hexo for the EICR report. I’ve called multiple times and sent several emails, yet I’ve received no response. They have completely ignored us and refused to take any accountability for the damage caused or the horrendously poor service provided.

The electricians who attended for testing were informative. They initially arrived later than scheduled but I was kept informed of progress. The remedial work was done on time, efficiently and cleanly. Certificate arrived within a couple of days of the completed work (though I did have to chase the initial test results).

Don’t use this company! Rip off, poor customer service and unhelpful. Takes money knowing something would fail (to try and charge you again I assume). Provides higher quotes than elsewhere and differing prices for the same work, i.e. I have a much higher quote than someone else with a large flat in the same flat block, they can’t explain why just re send the quote over and over. Much more reasonable and trusted companies out there.
