With so many online options, it is great to come across Heyday that treats my application with such a priority. As a returning client it is even quicker and the support is always there with their quick response to my inquiries. Easy to work with and excellent client care, I will be returning to them again.

Got approved signed the contract and heard nothing else. They say it takes 30-90 mins to get a deposit after signing the contract and it is now 4 hours later. They are not answering emails or texts. I would be very skeptical of signing a loan through them

They offered my husband a loan. 500.00 sent Via Email Money He thanked them because our cat needed an emergency vet appointment. He waited patiently. Finally got a text message saying that his emt was coming and what the password was. 3 days later, nothing! Unfortunately since we did not have the funds for Charlie to have his vet visit, he passed away at home surrounded by everyone who loves him :( My husband even Thanked them for the loan since it was for our Cat. 🐈 Being denied is one thing, getting peoples hopes up is another!!

Not very good customer service and lies about how quick funds are released?

I paid off my loan and they sent me a renewal then decline me amd I paid my loan off early I don't find they are right in doing this false advertisement 100 percent 1 I asked if I pay off early if I can renew got a yes then was declined then they see it in system and send me a congratulations you can now renew now that you arw fully paid and then get denied again unprofessional
