Its been almost 48 hours since approved and after getting my information and verification and I still havent recieved my loan. Now another place who would've loaned me today says they cant because I currently have a loan with hayday that hasnt even arrived yet.

Loan processing is very slow, customer support is difficult to reach.

I applied for the loan online on Jan 28, 2026, signed the contract, but never received the funds. Not highly recommend this company!!!

Terrible customer service! STAY AWAY from these people they are horrible!

They took days to even approve my application, and now I signed my contract over 4 hours ago and they haven’t even sent my email transfer

All hours of the day I'm not have been a customer of heyday loans. This is illegal.

The worst experience of my life ,these people are horrible, I have 2 incomes and make or $3400 a month and they won't lend me $250 . Then they have the ignorance to say re-apply in in 30days why so you can reject me again I don't think so GET BENT YOU HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

I have used HeyDay loans now for some time. They are easy to deal with and have helped me out when I have been in need. Would recommend them for your financing needs

Missed a payment and e-transfered the remaining balance owing the following week to pay off the loan. Was promised by doing that no other payment would be taken out after e-transfering and confirmed by heyday my loan was paid off….$204.51 was taken out of my account when I informed heyday of the withdrawal and overpayment I was promised that I would received the refund of the overpayment. I have sent dozens of emails with no responses! Now filled a complaint with the BBB for help. The company is awful! Do not get a loan from them.

After paying off my loan, they continue to send me loan renewal emails, but when I reapply I am declined? But then I receive another loan renewal email?! Harassment much?

Simply brutal treatment of returning customers. Finished the loan with them and went to reloan. No communication and poor customer service. They were ok when I had a loan for getting back to me. Now all they do is send spam ad emails. They never answer emails. Would highly not recommend

If I could, I would give them no stars. I have tried several times to contact this company and I've yet to receive a response (it's been weeks). I've tried applying with no luck on a response either.

Worst lending company out there , Had one loan with them paid it off early . They send email after email saying thanks for paying off you can reapply so I have reapplied a few times and you hear absolutely nothing back from them then get another email from them and reply to it that I had reapplied and still nothing back . At least email back and answer a customer question would be nice
