Outstanding customer service! I contacted Oasis to request a return slip for lights I had purchased, and instead, they told me to keep them and immediately issued a full refund—all $170. I was genuinely amazed by their generosity and how easy they made the entire process. This is the kind of exceptional service that earns customer loyalty. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Oasis again!

Perfect introduction to layered lighting …
Lighting has been an issue for us for years, our lights have always been either too bright or too dull, we can’t seem to get a happy medium. The four Oasis lights we bought for our son’s room have introduced us to the beauty of layered lighting and we are hooked! Now as we decorate, we will add these lights to our rooms and their smart bulbs into our current lamps. Great, very responsive customer service and quick delivery. Could not recommend more.

I really like the lights - great product, works exactly how it says it's going to! I ended up ordering more than I needed, so I asked them about a return and they were extremely helpful, and refunded me without making me send the additional bulbs back which I really appreciate, because I love them for my living room I just got too many, so I will gift them to a friend! <3 Great customer service

Such a straightforward set up
Such a straightforward set up. The lights are really impressive and really do make a huge difference to my front room. I opted for 4 of the globes and two bulbs for my standard lamps.
I had one issue with a faulty lightbulb and the customer service member I spoke to was so helpful in providing a replacement, really friendly and professional. I am very happy that I bought these lights, I would really reccomend them.

I love the ambiance of the ambient lights, the convenience of being able to have beautiful times lights without figuring out timers and I have found customer support helpful in answering questions and addressing one issue that I had.

Daylight Savings
With daylight savings on its way back, I was looking for some lighting in my apartment without leaving lights on all day. I found Oasis on Instagram and was happy I gave them a try. They were so easy to setup, and I like being able to set the on/off schedules for each individual light. I did purchase more than I needed and they were very quick to respond and helpful in resolving that issues. Special thanks to Liss for her help.

Rested so well I have a crick in my neck
These lights made me rest so well that I barely moved while sleeping and now I have a crick in my neck. 10/10 for light experience. 0/10 for chiropractor bills.

Great lights
Great lights, software is smooth. Down sides are that everything is control by the app, it would be nice to have a physical button. Another downside is the shape of the plug, this plug is flat but it's so wide that you can use the outlet above.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. Product arrived damage due to the shipping company and they replaced the damaged/missing items instantly. They even followed up to make sure everything was working correctly when the new ones had arrived.

I used a light up alarm before as I have a blackout room as work night shift regularly. Now I have completely control of wake up light all throughout the day through my phone and a nice low ambitious when I go to sleep.

Oasis lights provide the perfect ambient lighting—I especially love the new dusk setting which makes me feel like I have the colors of an orange sunset all around me. They are so easy to set up and make such a big difference. I get so many compliments whenever I have guests over! Not long ago, I ordered some more lights but realized I had ordered too many.
