Used hey spin regularly then started getting timed out and could only a play a certain game on it which always was a high loss before payout.
Contacted customer services who told me to keep trying to play it and admitted they had a technical fault.
It continued to time me out so told them again I had now spent all the money I deposited but was not fully getting to play the slots and response was send a video I explained I had no money left to do that and was told come back later and try again.
Didn’t look into the problem at all. Just wanted me to put more money on. You get charge to deposit 25p and a £1 charge to withdraw money.
I’ve officially complained and closed my entire account and got no apology or a bonus for inconvenience….

Great site so far only issue I have had is I made a withdrawal on Friday but they told me in live chat I need to wait until Tues for the money cause its upto 48 business hours to get your withdrawal approved which is some time apart from that happy with everything eles. I uploaded all the documents required so it didn't delay even longer so I would advice to get that uploaded and verified before you withdraw..

Absolute scam of a company. Spent £3000 in a week and won 550. So I withdrew the £550 for it to hit my bank account and to be instantly taken back by them. Contacted the bank and they said is was a error from the sender. So I contacted hey spin they said it will take 4days come back then. So 4 days later I try contact them again and they must of blocked my live chat. I waited over 2 hours for a reply and nothing. So I got my partner to open a account on the same device I use to play on. He opens an account and proceeds to open live chat to instantly get a response.
