Had a load of warning lights come up on my VW Tiguan at lunchtime, dropped into my local HiQ in Helston, the guy said leave it here and we’ll look at it immediately, by 3pm job done, faulty ABS sensor. Great service. Thanks

Rayden assisted me today 28/11/22 with efficiently in the office, then Dominic kindly spoke to me to reassure me. I was suprised by the price, as it’s out of my field. I did appreciate the engineeers help also.

I had MOT failure today so dropped on the guys unexpectedly. Both Jay and Phil could not have been more helpful. Polite and professional. They located an unusual tyre size immediately and set to work 20 minutes later i was back on the road. Cant hope for much more. Excellent service. Thanks guys

I booked two front tyres for a Mini online, via the Hi Q app and was impressed by the ease of use.

Within 30 minutes, the Stamford branch manager, who was extremely polite, called me to enquire if my tyres were run-flats or not, informing me that rules do not allow the mixing of run-flat and non run-flat tyres. (Demonstrating experience and a good knowledge in this field). When I informed him they were not, he explained that he had my choice of tyres there ready to fit and I booked in for the following day. This again impressed me.

On arrival, I was greeted courteously by both the manager and mechanic. I stood outside whilst they changed the tyres, which were completed efficiently and without any dilemmas. I noted that my wheel nuts were torqued to the correct value, before my wheel trims were replaced, not just tightened with the compressed air tooling, like some tyre replacement companies do.

All in all, Vince the centre manager and Mark, the mechanic had my car for around 30 minutes. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous and approachable and their efficient work ensured that my time was not wasted. I will be recommending this branch to my friends and family and I will be back soon for tyres for our other cars.
