What can I say, knowledge of products surpassed my expectation along with a warm welcome and amazing service this will be my number 1 choice in the future for Audio. Nice vinyl selection as well 😄

Expensive. Some pairs have a cost of £5k. Yes £5k for a pair of earphones !! Personally the price has been Appled ie vastly overpriced for what you get. Most iem's on other sites are around £50 - £100 for a very decent pair. To be honest the price does not equate to the product. cheaper for same quality elsewhere.

Excellent product range, fast next day delivery and great service. Many thanks to Aseem for his help and advice at such a busy time. Would certainly return to Hifonix in the future.

Ordered a DAP on Sunday, processed on Monday, delivered Wednesday.

It would have been delivered Tuesday but I asked them to delay shipping one day to be sure I was in when DPD arrived.

Ordered Blue but they called to advise they only had Black which I accepted, but a Blue turned up nonetheless. Happy Days!

Called them today to advise I had received safe and sound and that it was indeed the Blue I originally preferred.

Took the opportunity to query charging speed being slow, ordering a Ugreen charger from Amazon would speed things up was the reply.

Not standing by the the price on line advertising
about first order discount they would not take it
Sent email no answer, got nowhere with on line chat
Then offered me the discount when I complained very unprofessional service

The interplay between Aseem and his daughter was great to see. As always he has done me well.

I bought a pair of headphones and the delivery was quick and hassle free. I had to ring their customer service helpline for some advice and their representative was very helpful and polite. I can't compliment Hifonix highly enough.

I had dipped my toe in the water with Hi-Res Audio with a cheap DAP and a pair of IEM's and after a few months decided on upgrading to something a bit more capable, rather than buy online I paid a visit to Hifonix and couldn't have been more welcomed. Aseem was patient and accommodating and provided the perfect upgrade and although I spent. a little more than I originally wanted to the quality of the A&K KANN Max and the MEST MK2 IEM's is phenomenal! Couldn't recommend more for great advice and personal service, won't go anywhere else now. Thanks

Ordered an item listed as in stock, next day. Took over 3 weeks with multiple contacts from myself to make sure the item was delivered. Only got despatched when I asked for a full refund.

Price was good, service not so much

I purchased from Hifonix the Nobel REX 5, then the Prestige, and just ordered the Spartacus, and in the next few weeks, hope to purchase the Onyx. Really friendly genuine people to deal with, items in stock, ( Unlike a few other companies!.), and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

I've been to a couple of hifi shops in Nottingham with one being in the centre which I didn't find very good and felt a bit snobby.
But when entering Hifonix I was welcomed and was amazed by what they had to offer and the knowledge he had to give,
I could of spent all day there going over all the headphones and daps.
I shall definitely be going there again even with over an hours drive.
You will not be disappointed.

Aseem really knew his stuff and was able to clearly explain my best options so that I could make informed decisions. It helped that he had a huge array of stock so I was able to test various combos for myself and hear the difference.
