I enjoy playing the games High FIve has. I have spent more money than I loke to admit on their sute. That is way it is so frustrating that I have had problems with every redemption. If you keep good records and are persistent they eventually will pay, but dobt ever count ob revving your payout in the standard 48-72 hour time fame as they claim.
They do not have a phone number for customer support and the chat box and emails are pre-scripted responses. That are repetitive and rarely provide the answers you need.
They have recently added a new way tinstall and delay the transaction. All layments and redemptions are processed through Breeze. They direct you to Breeze with any questions. Then Breeze directs you back to High Five. I have sent multiple emails for over a week trying to resolve my issue and figure out where the funds are that I tried to redeem and still do not have any clear answers. They claim they sent the money, but they did not give me any transaction or confirmation numbers to verify with my bank.

This is not thr first time I have had to fight to get them to correct the situation. Shame on me I should have learned my lesson then.

They are fun games, but I recommend only playing with GC coins. Because they do not like to give pay outs. They give you different explanations or reasons with every email. And they are not very friendly. Not once have I received an apology for not receiving my redemption within their 48 tob72 hour time line.

High5 has the best selection of games pays out fast. The live streams with Lisa every week are great and fun to play along with. Would love to see more streams in the future. A++++

Thought was a great site as I have been playing for awhile. Won a decent amount the 1st time I played ( over a year ago) Main issue is if you ever win you won't ever win again. Sure you can win small amounts to get close to cashing out but once you do get close your on a losing streak until its all gone and they ask you to spend more.
Best advice for this site if you happen to win CASH OUT AND DONT EVER COME BACK because you won't win again!

I have tried multiple times to get verified so that I can redeem my $100 I FINALLY won but their redemption system keeps declining me saying that my documents are invalid. I don’t understand how my drivers license is invalid, and my selfie that I took of myself is invalid.
