Wow was I scammed by Tim Whitt and the slick sales pitch of his High Drop. My only small bit of luck is I did not pay the five grand and chose instead 1/3 payments so my loss of more than a month of frustration and loss of 1800 bucks. His reply to my request of money back was a text message of "no refunds at all". The AI "helper" utterly dysfunctional, the product lines for sale while a real firm they either told me no agent sales possible or they did not reply at all. No one-on-one help at all and upon my request to offer me even just one successful High Drop Agent not even one offered. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM.

They charged my card twice $74.97 and $247 two days in a row and after several emails with NO reply, the owner TIM WHITT as shown on the email, finally replied to the emails when I said I was filing a claim with my bank. He said he apologized and that he personally took care of refunding me $321.97 that he over charged me but still no refund. He also said he would do a Loom or do a call with me and if I was still unhappy he would refund it all. He was also supposed to send me a link to a Google Doc for the Ultimate USP, because mine was blank but never sent it. I never received a good link to this items I paid for and requested it like 5 times but they just kept sending me other things and not the one that was missing that I requested. SO, up charged me for an items they won't actually provide to me. Filing a claim with my bank and highly do not recommend them. Terrible customer service!

I ordered a product for 74.97 and somehow the upgrade for the 97.00 was also added. I never received ANY of of the products. I emailed, and they wanted me to verify my name, my email, and order number. I told them I never received anything, therefore, I do not have an order number. I have continued to email, they have not sent any products or returned my money.
They do not answer any of my emails. I ordered on Facebook, I have reported them to Facebook, but am probably out of luck.
This is obviously a scam, don’t waste your time or money.

I bought the program for $27 and on the way to the check out there was a lot of upgrades. First it was a big button for yes to the upgrade and under a smsll text for No, thank you.
I accidently clicked on the Yes button because it was difficult with shaking hands to click on the small text.
Now, they won't do a refund because buying that upgrade is nonrefundable.
It was a mistake and people do do mistakes.
I think they are unprofessional and scamming people by doing this.
They say it's in there policy but when you are in the middle of buying you can't read the policies.
Now I've lost my food money for the month and I explained that to them but they don't care.

I had two charges for a basic plan. Both totaling under $100. Then I got caught up waiting for some elite package to drop for thousands more. I should have known. Any semblance of customer service were fake email addresses that would not send.

What should have been a simple order for a $27 deal from HighDrop.co. Instead, I was charged twice for $27 and also billed an additional $227 for a separate program I never ordered, never received, and never agreed to.

When I contacted the company, their reply stated:

> “No further action is needed on your end. This message serves as final confirmation for the refund of the $27 Guide; all other items remain non-refundable under our policy.”

That response is completely unacceptable. It is not legal or ethical to keep payment for products that were never purchased or delivered. I’ve been ignored and denied a proper refund despite providing proof of these unauthorized charges.

This behavior reflects a pattern of deceptive billing and poor customer service. I am requesting a full refund of $254 and filing this complaint to warn other consumers before they fall into the same situation.

Desired Resolution:
Full refund for all unauthorized charges ($27 + $227).

SCAM ALERT! I purchased the $27 pdf and it doesn't say ONE THING about what it advertises to say. It's entirely about building a brand, probably written by AI and absolutely nothing is mentioned about high ticket drop shipping.
I looked at the refund policy and it says to provide your order number..........there is no order number so is that their loophole? We will see as I have requested the refund.

Honestly… I thought it’d be fluff. But the supplier section alone is worth it. I sourced a US-made tool set, ran the ads exactly as shown, and landed a $1,100 profit sale. No slow shipping, no sketchy suppliers. This one’s a keeper.

Owner Tim Whitt-who also has the first review of his own product here on TrustPilot-doesn't honor his "30 Days No Questions Asked" refund policy that is stated on his website. After 8 different emails back and forth with him where he was obviously stalling by asking the same questions over and over(what's your email? what's your order number?), I got my refund from my bank.

Guide's okay, covers basics on high-ticket dropshipping. Haven't launched yet cuz busy, but theAI templates look useful. Might update if I get results.

Reading through it now. Seems straightforward, no hype. Will try the Google Ads part soon andsee if it pans out. Fingers crossed for those high margins.

Absolutely a SCAM. I paid my $64.97 and a day later changed my mind. Requesting a refund immediately and the owner continued to insist that I really needed to ‘give it a chance and work his program’. I reported to my credit card provider. The owner continued to respond with constant barrage of insincere statements that he would refund the money. I even sent a screenshot of his website stating his refund was within the 30 days. He (Tim Whitt?) claimed I had to give the program a chance to work and I would have lots of money. His responses were nothing more than a bad manipulation of a sales pitch. Only refusing to pay the full amount even as his own website stated he would.

The team at highdrop has been super helpful in helping me setup my first online store. I am finally been able to make a living from home, so grateful to them ❤️
