Hassle-free experience. They sent a text the day before. Arrived when they said they would. Andy and Dave were friendly and professional. Provided advice on assembly and care of the product without being asked. Nice chaps. Great service.

Andy and James experiencer our first rain in two months and had to assemble our chairs and table in the back of the van.
They were polite and helpful and although we had some issues with three of the eight chairs, they informed Homebase with video and comments.
Hopefully they will be the team to return to replace the three chairs.

Great experience with our delivery. Andy and James couldn’t have been more helpful. Carried the furniture to our patio as I cannot lift anything heavy. Furniture was carefully stowed in lorry and handled with care when carrying. Lovely friendly guys as well.

Dreadful. Arrived at 16.30 for the driver to realise he’d left our very expensive Ligne-Roset sofa at his previous drop 2 hrs ago despite the very large label clearly addressed to me. Returned at 19.30 and then refused to take away the packaging despite the very well known store having paid for that service. The guys had no idea what they were doing, were rude. The van was not liveried so it appears that Higher Jump had subcontracted the job out. It was a very scruffy white van. Worst delivery service ever.

Andy and James were absolutely fantastic. They kept us updated several times before arriving, so we knew exactly when to expect them, and they arrived right on time.
They were both incredibly polite, friendly and professional, and even helped us carry our delivery inside as it was very heavy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.
We've just moved into a new house and have dealt with lots of different delivery companies recently, and these two were by far the best delivery team we've come across. They made the whole process completely seamless and stress-free.
It was a pleasure to meet them—they're both genuinely lovely people and are an absolute credit to the company. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Highly recommended!
