They don't sell OEM, it's all Chinese knock-offs. Rep I talked to assured me I'd get a refund as soon as tracking was verified. It's been a month, no refund. Now they're not getting back to me.

They sell bootleg merchandise shipped out of China, don't waste your time.

This place is such a ridiculous joke!! This stuff comes from china folks. That’s not the big deal! But when they don’t say that up front and it’s going to take a couple weeks that needs to be known. I canceled my order and from I said they started sending crazy emails. This is not a company , this is some fake company who reproduces Nintendo’s. Beware do not buy. This place is called HIGHLAND ARCHIVE not retro gaming house I’m sure they’ve switched names from multiple people complaining. Terrible terrible experience

Shipping was slow but once it got here, I forgot all about the shipping.

This seller is fraudulent and should be investigated.

I ordered a SNES Classic from this site in April. I didn’t receive a shipping notification after two days, so I looked into this website further. After reading they may sell fraudulent goods, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge. The next day, the product ships from China. Not promising, but since the item was at least on the way, I canceled the dispute. Once the item arrived, I realized it was indeed a fake SNES Classic.

I then contacted Highland Archive for a return. They sent me a return label via USPS. I returned the system, but never received a refund.

I spoke to the seller today about getting my money back and he said he would work on it, as my CC number had changed. They also mentioned the bad review I left. I offered to delete my bad review in exchange for my refund, so I can finally settle this issue. Apparently the seller would rather write long replies to my review attempting to discredit me rather than simply returning my money. As of now I am out $130 and a lot of time, with nothing to show for it.

Ordered SNES two weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. According to tracking number it's barely just arrived from mainland China to the United States. I'm guessing I'll get it in another two weeks after it clears customs. Am concerned I bought a knockoff because it's straight out of China. Highland Archive only offers two systems. Odd for a dedicated retro gaming company. I'll bet I bought a knockoff...I received it and there is no Nintendo logo on HDMI cord or any of the cords. It actually was missing a plug in device but I had an extra. There is delay in saving games and when you turn it back on the save is gone. It did have the poster. I don't believe Nintendo made this after watching a review of a real Nintendo retro console with built in games. There's a lot of differences between what I watched on YouTube about a real Nintendo retro mini console and what I own. Highland Archive stated in an email to me Nintendo makes their consoles....Not true.

at first i was having trouble trusting this unheard site with these incredible gameing consoles i asked alot of questions and even doubted more with shipping problems but i took a chance and bought one and now that i got it i can say unheard site or not these gaming console are legit and real and affordable too. i am playing earthbound now a game i havent played in 25 years that is a $1200+ game on ebay and amazon an with this system i got it and a lot more games i used to play i am 38 years old now and i am so gald to be able to play the games i did when i was a kid 5 star rating all the way tell all your friends and buy it (Highland Archive) i bought the mini super nintendo classic

The CNES arrived after about 3 weeks, so prepare to wait a long time. I ordered an extra controller, which did not work. When I contacted them to return the controller, they ghosted me. I have since tried two wireless and two wired controllers purchased independently on Amazon; none of them worked. So, prepare for a one-controller only system if you want to go through these people. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the CNES system works.

Got all of the parts of my order, game system is fun.

This snes classic device was a not an authentic device. I saw a couple things that clued me in the device was a fake from the physical unit itself, but after booting it up I could see various issues with it there too. Do not buy from this seller.

I still haven't received the item & I have no information on when I will receive it.

I ordered a NES CLASSIC almost two weeks ago and have not received it. After reading the reviews that are available I’m not sure if I will receive anything from this company and if I do it’s not going to be the real authentic NES CLASSIC EDITION.I realized after really looking into the website and seeing they only offer two game consoles and some controllers on it that I probably should have stayed away from it.

Saw a lot of negative comments and was hesitant at first. Seller had great communication, answered all questions timely and assured me my purchase was legit. It was!!! I have my snes and it works perfectly. Fast shipping. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks again.

If I could give less stars than 1, I would.

1. The system is fake.

2. There isn’t any way to get into contact with any customer support team.

3. The company has a photo of the authentic system on their site but what gets delivered is a fake system (false advertising).

4. You’re paying for something you think is authentic only to be really disappointed when it comes.

Anyone who is even thinking about purchasing through this website, DON’T. There are many authentic retailers on eBay.

The first red flag on this site should have been the “all sales final”. Well, they shouldn’t be final when you falsely advertise a product on your website.
