Amazing service
The whole process from inquiry to the after sale was just amazing. The members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Called a couple of days after the purchase and got someone to come check the minor issue with the vehicle and I had someone at my location on the same day.

I have given a five star review because I could not find a six 😂. This service here was unbelievably professional and succinct. They helped me calculate my finance and advised me on when the best time for me to buy a new car was considering what I wanted and made me wonder if they were real. Some other car dealers would happily take my car and give me whatever but they gave me options which I considered very professional. My experience is nothing short of ECSTATIC. Thanks for your hospitality and professional prowess guys.
Utterly hopeless
Utterly hopeless. Contacted via Autotrader, no response. Called, no answer. Called again - this time answered but rude and just told me to email. Emailed as requested - what do you know, no response. If this is the service when you're trying to buy a car from them, imagine how slack they'll be if you need any after-sale support? Will buy elsewhere, thanks for nothing

Customer service extremely rude obnoxious and terrible the worst I’ve ever experienced.
They demanded I paid £1,000 deposit lucky I only paid £250. They then said it needed something fixed on the car that they have only just realised… and couldn’t tell me when the car would be ready and IF it would be. They then said they won’t refund my deposit because of I don’t want to do business with dishonest and unreliable company who always answer the phone and say eachother are with another customer because they LACK BASIC SALES EXPERIENCE. They are rude dismissive and quite completely appalling.
They sell faulty cars and keep people’s money because they have no empathy or understanding what it takes to be a good company . DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE STUPID PEOPLE! WHO put good reviews on by themself !!! If you notice there Google reviews have been deleted as they was terrible

I should have gone with my gut feeling when approaching the forecourt on viewing the vehicle and not spent £33k on a car from a premises like this. Anyone will understand if they visit this premises.
I purchased a 2018 Range Rover Sport at the end of October 2024 and had 6 months warranty on the vehicle. I have had an issue with the key fob failing after a couple of months so after going to a local garage, a auto locksmith and then to Land Rover in Northampton it has been confirmed that the key fob had been super glued together as the case was cracked and broken, this has in turn damaged the PCB within the fob. Eye watering bill received to fix this. Highlanders claim this is not to do with them and I must have superglued it myself... First comical response from their "technical team" and Vivian.
NOW the dangerous fault with the vehicle.
When myself and my wife viewed the Range Rover, it looked good, nice condition and first impressions of it was high, then the salesman opened the drivers door and were greeted with a very loud grinding sound from the automatic deployable side steps, the "salesman" informed us that this fault, including a couple of other minor faults would be sorted once the vehicle was sold and prior to collection. We therefore had a wait of a further week to collect the car, we travelled for an hour and a half to get to the garage, did not need finance so could have completed the purchase on the day and saved a further trip there, however these faults needed sorting. 5 months down the line and on a few occasions the sound, although no where near as bad, had started to return until the deployable hinge finally failed in a big way at the weekend and has broken clean away from the car also leaving the side step unattached at the front of the vehicle and unsafe to drive. If I was moving at any sort of speed it is unknown as to what damage or injury this could have caused. Highlanders response to this is that this fault was not present when we viewed or when we collected the vehicle, (blatant lie from them) and because I have previously wrote a review of true accounts of issues with previous faults with both the vehicle and the service from these people that shows them in a bad light, they will not cover it even as a good will gesture. This response from Vivian is comical and feels like school playground level of intelligence and maturity. However after previous dealings with this company regarding this vehicle it is to no surprise to receive this type of response.
I am now taking legal action against this company for monies spent to correct issues that were present on viewing and claimed to be correctly corrected by Highlanders.
Not to mention that they do not seem to have sent the V5 slip to DVLA to instruct of new ownership and logbook. A common issue it would seem as other clients of theirs have had the same issue from other reviews on this page.
AGAIN, ALL, STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE. ARTHUR DAILY, FRANK BUTCHER LEVEL DEALERSHIP and if you do see the car of your dreams in their dealership, do not waste any time or money on their warranty, save it for the issues your likely to have..
Very poor sales service from…
Very poor sales service from Highlanders. Over a period of 3 weeks I phoned twice to try and go through the process of buying a car from them. I was just waiting on someone to come back to me with finance figures. Heard absolutely nothing back from them. Phoned today to chase it and the van has been sold. A lost customer and will stay away from them in the future.

Easy to do business with. Had a few concerns with the car i wanted to purchase. Gursh put my mind at ease on everything. Swayed me to take the plunge and buy the Mercedes glc ....purchased the car within a week! Have recommended this place to a friend.
