My experience was a 5 today with my new agent her name is Ariana Charles she took care of me and the plan that I got two weeks ago from a agent named Noel gave me the something kickback plan that made it sound so wonderful. We never discussed. We went over all of my medicines and my generic Suboxone I found out it was gonna be $238 and I would need to meet a $600 deductible before it would be covered and I got so upset I was crying. I called back to Highlands healthcare and she was able to get me back on my old plan and I’m very sorry to say that Noel was not returning phone calls was not making me a priority when he knew we had problem with my generic Suboxone. He sent a prior authorization would take care of that and bring the co-pay way down. Well that was not the case because it was not in the formulary and he totally totally. I don’t want to say scammed me, but he totally totally did not even mention that I’m on disability. I never would’ve taken this plan the $170 kickback is what was appealing and like I said we discussed my medicines and you never talked about me paying out-of-pocket so anyway I wanted to give a kudos to Arisna Charles she took care of me and got me back on my own plan that we’re going into effect on April 1 and thank goodness I qualified for that special enrollment so she should be commended for all her work. She did to help me. I really appreciated her. Thank you so much.

I received a typical cold call from 817.330.2306 with this website. I called the corporate number and was told they are calling those they expect need Medicare. When I started asking questions they (she) hung up on me. Apparently blocking my phone number on both sites since it now says it is not a working number. I have reported them to the FCC and FTC.

I would like to share my pleasant experience with you about how professional Arisna Charles has been when I enrolled for Medicare supplemental policy. When things hasn’t gone right with other team members, she’s taken responsibility for their mistakes, apologized and gotten the mistakes corrected. She’s spent hours on the phone with me sometimes doing conference calls with insurance companies. She’s followed up with me on ongoing issues and has even gone out of the way to mail documents to insurance companies on my behalf after he’s gotten off work.
I can’t possibly say enough things about her. I’m glad she works for Highland Healthcare and I hope she’s recognized for her professionalism. This comes from a retired multi family dwelling manager who mentored co workers how important customer service should be and Arisna has exceeded my expectations. Thanks Arisna.

I wanted to review my healthcare plan and Highlandandhealthcare.com was very understanding in my concerns and what added benefits I was looking for. They were able to get me better medical benefit coverage for areas such as health, dental, vision and hearing. In additional they were very helpful in upgrading my OTC benefits so that I am now able to get the vitamins, healthier fresh foods and personal hygiene items that my previous health plan did not offer.

Ms. Holly Meredith's knowledge of plans, medications & patient needs was impressive. She showed interest in my needs while gathering information to zero in on a much better plan than my current one with the same company. An almost identical plan with better coverage at same premium while reducing my 2 most expensive medications cost by 90% each. Additional benefits remained reasonable with some adjustments. Everything was explained in a fast yet informational manner. I was assured that she was there for me with any issues thru the enrollment process as well as future insurance needs in years to come. I received an email with her name & contact information before transferring to another agent to verify the plan with me. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer of her's for my future health insurance needs. I believe she is the type of agent that aims to please her clients by finding solutions for their needs.

Highland Health gave me more benefits easily.
This company has been calling me for a while. Today, I answered and they put me in touch with a licensed insurance broker to go over my Medicare Health Insurance. They found me extra benefits I was entitled to but were not included with my current insurer. It only took about 30 minutes time and I have double dental coverage, lower co-pay costs, and a real boost in my OTC benefits at no additional cost. Not only that, I got to keep my primary doctor. Fast, efficient, and very easy. I highly recommend them.
