Words cannot express my gratitude for Soo, her beautiful herd, and my experience at a recent Mindlessness with Horses workshop .. so I'm not going to try and describe it. Everything about my experience was perfect, even the bits where it wasn't what or how I thought it would be (it was soooo much better when I was able to let go of that stuff and just be with what was rather than try to get it to be a certain way!). Soo, the Centre and the horses were just what I needed. I will definitely go back (and again and again I suspect!). Thank you for who you are and what you and your beautiful horses offer and do Soo.

I had Reiki with the Herd,, if you have ever had Reiki before be aware that Reiki with Soo and The Herd is Reiki times 100 percent more. I experienced a cohesive team of Professionals, all of them knew what I needed to heal, experience and hear. it was almost a month ago, and I am still in a beautiful space of stillness and calm. Exceptional places are rare, and Soo Wood's Centre for Healing is truly one of the hidden gems of the Southern Highlands. The facilities are outstanding, and Soo's expertise, warmth, and professionalism are of the highest standard. Every visit leaves me feeling heard, seen, and genuinely understood. It's my favourite place to restore, recharge, and replenish whenever I need it. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Spending time with Soo and the herd was a truly special experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, supported and completely at ease. Soo has a gentle and intuitive way of facilitating the session, allowing the horses to do what they do so naturally. The horses have an extraordinary way of reflecting what needs attention and the experience gave me valuable insight and a renewed sense of clarity. I would highly recommend it to anyone curious about exploring themselves in a different way.

I can't thank Soo, her helpers and her herd enough - this was a truly magical and humbling experience. I have never seen horses behave like this, or felt such an incredible sense of love and connection coming from them - words just can't do this justice. Absolutely wonderful to be able to share the afternoon with Soo and the herd, and learn so much more about these incredible animals. Thank you!
