Jane Burns is the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her advice and her astute observation of the trickiest of situations made, what a one point seemed an impossible hurdle to get over, completely turned the problem around, and in a ridiculously short period of time we had an astonishing, detailed and successful house purchase, which defied all reason. I will always go to her in the future for any conveyancing work. She's a tough cookie, a bit formidable at first(!) but my goodness - she gets the job done. A cracking solicitor. I had to pull out of the first house after 4 months, (the seller held it up, due to a tenant). But found another one and she worked tirelessly it getting it completed within 19 days. I found High Legal through a comparison site - I was prioritising a great price as it was a private sale and I just needed someone to deliver the goods and didn't really mind how long it took. I am so lucky I ended up with Rachael Fryer. She's been quick, responsive (reassuring messages to keep me in the loop when she's been waiting for others, for instance) and straight-forward. She's been significantly quicker than the team dealing with my purchase, which should have been simpler! And my proceeds were with me on the day of the sale, which definitely hasn't happened for me before! Would definitely use her again.

Rachel was my solicitor for the property I bought at auction it was my first time buying at auction and she made it very straight forward and worked with me in quick time so I completed the purchase in 16 days. The company is very good with working at a fast pase as I only started my enquiry 4 days before I bought the property at auction. All in all good price trust worthy and good communication 9/10
