Já informei que a câmera do meu celular não está funcionando. Tentei fazer a identificação por várias vezes, mas não consegui e mandei a minha identidade. Tenho que mandar novamente? Vou tomar prejuizo por isso?

Excellent escalation support. When I purchased a product, they signed me up for a subscription without my approval. That is, they used the amount attributed to the product I was interested in as payment for the fee, and nothing about the product itself. I complained to customer service, and they quickly escalated my request to Miss Paula. She assured me that, as an exception, they would refund the amount I paid. I am awaiting a refund.
