Awesome products , delivery was so fast!

Took my money, failed to deliver, and refuse to communicate.
​Warning: If HIKOCO's courier loses your parcel, they will keep your money and ignore you.
​I ordered products that never arrived. NZ Post failed to take any photographic evidence of the delivery, yet HIKOCO is using a generic van GPS ping from the street to claim their job is done. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the retailer is responsible until the goods are actually in the customer's hands.
​Instead of filing a lost parcel claim with their own courier, HIKOCO management has chosen to abandon the customer. I have called their head office multiple times; the staff promise callbacks that never happen, and Larissa and the management team completely ignore all follow-up emails.
​They are happy to take your money, but offer zero accountability when their logistics fail. Do not risk your money with a company that refuses to honor basic consumer rights.

The skin care is well priced and the ones I've tried are well worth the money

I visited the Wellington store about 10 minutes before closing and was served by one of the ladies on the floor. I came in looking for the 345 relief cream, which I was unsure if I really needed. I ran through the products I currently use and showed her the texture and blemishes on my skin, hoping to find something that actually suited what I needed and find out if the 345 relief cream was efficient for my needs. She was genuinely knowledgeable and she knew exactly what each product did and explained throughly which ingredients would actually help. I also double-checked the web afterwards and she was spot on! What really stood out was that she wasn't pushing me toward the most expensive option at all, she just wanted to find the right fit for my skin. Such a lovely, low-pressure experience, especially so close to closing time. Highly recommend!

This was my second order from Hikoco and it arrived super fast. Unfortunately one item was wrong - but fixing it couldn't have been easier. Emailed and received same day response. They also put the correct item in the post that day along with a return bag for the incorrect item. The test of a company isn't when things go well - it's how well they deal with errors. Hikoco gets it right and I'm really pleased with them.

I just want to say that this experience was top notch. I ordered my product after hours, and instantly got my invoice back. After only 1 day I received my product (based in Wellington). Package came in excellent quality and very securely wrapped.

I have been using the beautiful Korean Skincare & cushion foundation for over a year & a half now from Hikoco in Newmarket & I LOVE THEM!! The service you receive when you walk in is amazing & the girls are always willing to help you find the right product for you.

I went today for a moisturiser, a sunscreen & a new cushion foundation & the lovely Kimberly helped me find exactly what I needed. I absolutely ADORE that store & will keep going back for more skin goodies in the very near future. Thank you Kimberly & the other lovely ladies who go beyond good customer service to give me the best service all the time.

Love the product very cheap to buy shipping is very fast

I love Hikoco. They ship insanely fast (and that's saying something because I'm rural!). Products are cheaper than anywhere else and always arrive well packaged and customer service is great. I have made probably 10 orders in the past and have always had a great experience :)

Ordered Thursday night and products arrived on following Monday. All well packaged and of high quality so far. Came with some freebie testers of the same brands which is nice. Shipped from within NZ.

I wasn’t sure whether to trust hikoco because there wasn’t any reviews on trust pilot, I messaged them on instagram about it and they replied straight away, I had an issue with placing my order and again they replied straight away. I ordered my products 3 days ago and it’s been the weekend and they arrived so quickly. Their customer service is amazing, products arrived quickly. I am very happy with my purchases!

I made a mistake of trusting this website. I ordered worth more than $130 of items and it never came. To be fair there's a NZ post tracking number and it said delivered however nothing arrived in the mail. I contacted hikoco for assistance but none was given because they say i chose the non signature required. It's as if ticking that box is a guaranteed lost package. Nz post says it's delivered but no physical proof that it was apart from the driver saying it was delivered. It's devastating! Worst service ever. You're on your own once they get your money. It should be hikoco's responsibility until I receive my package but you'll not get any support from them at all - not even try.

Do not trust this website. I made an order. 5 days later an invoice was emailed and I made the payment. The order was never shipped. No one responds to the contact email on the website. A WhatsApp number was responded to but I was told to use the email I had already tried. Six months later no order has arrived.

I can't believe Hikoco doesn't have any reviews here -- but you can definitely trust this website. Extremely fast shipping and you get free samples to your purchases too :) plus, great customer service. It's amazing to see how far they have come within 3-4 years of operating I believe.

Been getting my skincare and makeup from them. It is cost effective! Love it!

I've only ordered from them once so far. I ordered at 2AM Friday and received my order on Monday. So it was fast delivery. Genuine products. Hikoco seem to have really good pricing. So far I haven't had any issues to resolve, so I can't speak on customer service in that respect.
