Scam! Don’t do it. Returning has been a Nightmare, which never happened. The size was not accurate and they never got in touch with how to return, only that there would be a huge shipping fee to return. Please buy it locally or from Amazon where you can return and not spend a fortune. I was fooled and now I am out a lot of money. Believe me, the bras are not quality.

This is the worst return experience I have ever had. They say you can return. I asked for a return address. After contacting them four times, they tell me I can’t return them for “sanitary reasons”. Bras were never worn except for a brief try on. Other bra companies accept returns all the time. I can only get 20% back and will never order from this company again. Don’t waist your time.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company, there are many other reputable companies to buy good bras from.
Shopping time was over two weeks, the bra fabric was the cheapest I’ve seen and their return/refund policy basically robs you. They do not give refunds unless the product is “defective”.

Love the fit!!! I do wish there was a little lining as the lace is a little itchy

The bras are completely different to the 'separater' design shown in their videos. The product ships from China, and, having lived in Singapore I know that the size of products like this run smaller than UK / US.

I measured according to Hilaine's size chart and ordered accordingly. The product is so small that I will need to use a band extender. I can't be bothered to send them back because I waited 12 days for them to be delivered.

The delivery itself was excellent but the product is not sold as seen or sized correctly.

I would put 0 but not an option

I am still waiting on a delivery for an order I placed 2 months ago! Do not do business with this company, they are liars.

Bra initially delayed in transit but company did reply to my query for timescale and it did arrive.

Material felt nice, but too soft to be in any way supportive as advertised. I had followed measuring guidance provided but cup size was in no way close to being a fit for me.
Had I checked their returns policy more carefully I would not have considered ordering from them.
I approached them for return method:
*item must be unworn ( I wondered if that would include trying it on)
*item ‘not fitting’ not on list of accepted conditions for return
*returner required to pay shipping cost to Asia ( around $15)
*returner required to pay $3 restocking cost.

Offer made to keep the bra and receive 20% return.
As that seemed the only way I did not have to be further out of pocket, I chose that.
Interesting to see if the refund materialises.

I gave them 1 ⭐️ for at least providing a ( useless) bra and always responding to emails quickly and politely.
I won’t be similarly conned again.

Would leave no stars if possible. Avoid at all costs. Have a no return policy despite what is written.

I’ve been waiting 10 days and my order hasn’t processed or shipped. I emailed directing them to cancel and refund my order. They replied they would deduct 25% of the order total from my refund as a processing fee. I replied it was unacceptable and a scam to withhold that much money to cancel an item that hasn’t shipped. I wish I found this site before ordering these bras. I’m furious.

I spent $75 on two bras that were too big. They would offer absolutely no support. I was offered one bra in return that may or may not fit , with a $19 shipping charge. Never again!!!

Order never received! A con do not order

I had high hopes for the Cool Comfort Minimizer Bra, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. As a larger-chested, older woman, support and structure are non-negotiable—and this bra missed the mark entirely.

The fabric is extremely thin, to the point where every bump and discoloration shows through, which makes it feel more like a flimsy layer than a supportive garment. Instead of providing lift and shaping, it simply compressed everything flat across my chest and pushed tissue outward under my arms. There was no sense of containment or natural shaping toward the center—just uncomfortable spreading.

I’ve tried many different bra styles over the years, and this is easily one of the worst in terms of fit and function.

To make matters worse, the exchange policy is frustrating. It would cost me $19 plus additional shipping just to try another size or style, which hardly feels worth the risk after this experience.

The only silver lining is that my local hospice thrift store will receive a brand-new, unworn bra.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Right after placing my order, I immediately reached out because I felt unsure about sizing and wanted to confirm the exchange policy before things moved any further. I could not find clear exchange information on the website, which is why I asked directly. The response made it sound simple enough that I decided to wait for the order to arrive.

Then I found out my order was delayed and moved into a production batch, so I had to wait about two weeks just to receive it. After all of that, the bras still were not wearable for me. I was then given a recommendation for a different bra style, but that style was not available for exchange anyway, which made an exchange pointless and left a return as the only realistic option.

That is when the full reality became clear: returning meant even more cost and hassle than the original exchange conversation suggested. Had that been explained when I reached out immediately after purchase, I would have canceled the order right then and avoided this entire situation.

What made it worse was that after I explained all of this, the company simply stood by policy and offered no meaningful resolution. For me, this was a frustrating experience all the way through and not the kind of customer experience I would choose to support again. Transparency upfront would have changed everything.

I stupidly ordered 2 bras w/out knowing it they would work. Ordered according to their chart using measurements. They are too big, and I pop out weirdly on the sides. Looks awful. Now I can't return. And all this after they took FOREVER to arriveI mistakenly ordered two bras without being sure they would fit. Hilaine bras do what they say they are going to do. I now have 6 bras and just about to order the Mermaid Lace

Truly the worst bras and scam i have ever purchased. Didn't even come close to fitting, terrible quality and poor return policy. Never again and lesson learned- Don't fall for the too good to be true ads.

Bra was far too large on the ribs and far too small on three cup. The customer service email says to return it I would need to pay as below:

“ If you’d like to return the item, here’s how it works:
Returns must be shipped back to our facility in Asia at your own expense, with tracking. This typically costs around $15, depending on your location.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note, the original shipping cost and processing fees we covered ($12) are non-refundable.
A $3 restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued approximately 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to go through the return process, we can offer a 20% partial refund for you to keep the item.”

Really bad experience. Product not at all what they ‘advertised’ and return policy a scam. I paid $75 and now have an unusable product - and a $15 refund - if it actually comes thru.

To boot it took over a month to get here - did not say that when I made the purchase.

Don’t buy from this place, please.
