My lovely father passed away during Covid at the end of May and having never arranged a funeral before and particularly in these difficult times, I was unsure where to start. As my parents lived in Swindon, I looked up local funeral services and found Hillier.
Straight away I was impressed by how kind, attentive and efficient they were. I did a Zoom meeting 3 days later and dealt with Tamara who made it personal but easy. She included everything that my Mum and I asked for and it was all dealt with competently but with care and empathy . The cost was also very fairly priced. I would highly recommend Hiller Funeral Service

As a family we have always used Hillier's and recently following the sad loss of my mother we could not have asked for better service. Their attention to detail and prompt response far exceeded our expectations. We were always kept fully informed throughout.

Losing a loved one is very challenging, Hilliers were so supportive, professional and caring, nothing was too much trouble. Sue was very patient with me as I couldn’t make decisions on lots of things and phoned several times. Hillliers did my mum proud, order’s of service were lovely the flowers were beautiful the funeral went very well. Thank you Hilliers you made everything perfect.

Hilliers were absolutely brilliant. They kept me informed through the whole process. Kelvin was so helpful and understanding - and Becky was so lovely to my daughter when she went to visit Dad at the chapel of rest. Mike and the guys that accompanied Dad on his final journey to the crematorium did so with the utmost professionalism. Thank You to all at Hilliers for your patience,help and understanding at a very difficult time.

At the most devastating time, Hillier Funeral Service in Highworth dealt with the arrangements required in an incredibly sensitive manner. Headed by Kelvin, everyone we encountered at Hillers was professional and gentle in their interactions with us. No question was too small and all the pressure was removed to be making decisions at a time when decision making is tough. Thank you all.

I would like to say on behalf of the family that the courtesy and professionalism shown by Hillier's Funeral Service was excellent. Everything went as planned, the zoom video service they offered worked well, the Hearst and limousine drivers were great, just what was needed at such an emotional time. This was not the first time using Hillier's and on every occasion they have not let me down and have always been first rate. We thoroughly recommend Hillier's Funeral Services and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Some very lovely staff, only issue with Hillier's was inconsistent messages given around viewing which delayed the time I had to wait to visit mum For example, I was incorrectly told I could not view until the death was registered, then told not until the body was prepared and finally by appointment only. All were not accurate and this caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. The only other issue was with Obitus webcast which is not under the control of Hillier's but as a service they advised me of it was very poor, almost 3 weeks since the funeral and the 28 day viewing has not been made available yet! So those unable to attend/watch due to Covid on the day have not been able to watch it yet which is distressing for family!

Any personal loss is hard to deal with but with Hilliers you get such professional service from start to finish.my family has used them for decades and wouldn't use anyone else.to me they are the best.nothing is too much trouble and any request is understood well.the staff are so caring and sympathetic.at the funeral the organisation seems militarily precise.no complaints

In 1975 my Father passed away, my Mum chose Hillier’s funeral service they were very professional and also caring and understanding, my Mum always said she wanted Hillier’s to look after her when her time came, and in May of this year my Mum died, so we contacted Hillier’s, though 45 years later they still had that dedicated professional and care, I live in Nottingham so Kyle from Hillier’s took all the upset and worry from me, he was always on the other end of the phone to sort out all the important things
On the day of the funeral Kyle took the service which was held around the graveside, though the service was brief it was done in a dignified manner. Just as Mum wanted
