My elderly brother recently passed away in Swindon. As all remaining family members are now residing in the Republic of Ireland, I contacted Hillier Funeral Service. John Edwards took care of all arrangements for cremation and repatriation in a thoroughly professional & efficient manner. He greatly relieved all stress at this sad time for our family with his attention to every detail.

What a genuinely serene experience, from our first meeting with the staff at Highworth some 8 months ago, no pressure, just guidance and ideas suggested to make the funeral of our father a day to pay our respects and say our final farewell. Every question we had was answered with sensitivity, and when the time came, all the arrangements were again dealt with precisely and showing us all so much respect.The celebrant spent time with us, allowing us to share memories and then gave us an opportunity to review and adjust the information. The service itself from collection of myself and my brother's in the limousine to Kingsdown Crematorium, was handled so respectfully and serenely. Huge thanks to all the staff involved every step of the way, especially Kelvin at Highworth.

I am very happy with the service that was required. We have used them on several occasions and always find them to be kind and caring towards you and your family. They communicate well with you and organise everything well even during a pandemic.

Caring and supportive right from the telephone call to the main office and the referral to the Highworth office and being able to talk to Kelvin. Kelvin's home visit was very professional. I was pleased to know that Mr Michael Hillier would be looking after us on June 10th having known him personally for nearly 60 years. All went very well and the family were very thankful.

Can't praise Hillier's funeral service and chapel of rest. When they say it all doesn't end with the funeral we are still here for you, it is very true. Sue Boyce went out of her way to deliver my Aunt Lallys ashes to Christ Church to be ready for a service. She also made sure it was what the family really wanted as it is the final farewell. Duty of care of the highest standard. The family could not get down to Swindon so Sue again came up trumps. Thank you so much again.
