I was extremely pleased with the Hilton Tradies plumbing repairs to a leak to my property today., Lochie was very prompt and efficient..great job., also the job was booked in for me as soon as I called for help.

⚠️ Be very careful before using this company. They will rip you off.

I was quoted $149 for the first 15 minutes. When the plumber, Matt, arrived, he told me the charge would be $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 for every additional 5 minutes.

At the end of the job, he initially tried to charge me $249. When I questioned how he calculated that amount, it immediately dropped to $199.

I later contacted the company, who then stated in writing that their pricing is actually $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 per additional 15-minute block, which is completely different from what I was told onsite.

The plumbing issue also wasn’t resolved. I was advised the plastic obstruction had been pushed further into the pipe and that the problem could return. If the “solution” is to pay hundreds of dollars just to push the obstruction further in, I would have been better off not engaging a plumber at all.

Because of the inconsistent pricing information I was given and the outcome of the job, I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Protection WA. I have retained timestamped footage and recordings relating to the visit.

I do not want anyone else going through the same experience or being misled like I was.

Clint was highly knowledgeable, understanding and clear in communicating the issue with our power sockets. Service was efficient, excellent, and we highly recommend.

The whole experience with Hilton Plumbing has been amazing. Very responsive when I first contacted them. Then the supervisor Allen helped guide me through my options to diagnose a long term Toilet plumbing problem . Then David and Tom who came to the house. They worked together to solve the problem. My wife and I are very impressed with Hilton Plumbing's service.Rang them for a new Water Heater replacement and install in the Morning and they had it delivered and installed by the same Evening. We had a long list of work required including cable pulling and lighting replacement and he was able to complete all the work in one visit.

Zac was on time, communicated well, quickly understood requirements, completed the job well and left everything tidy.

Hilton Plumbing were contacted 20/03/2026 re small leak adjacent to HWS installed by them in 2025. (Leak was on cold pipe immediate to HWS, but was not worked on during HWS changeover). Tradesman attended & removed small section of pipe between leak & HWS (before isolating tap) leaving an open pipe & hence water off to property. He then took a deposit of $200 to return following day (Saturday) to repair. Leak was a pinhole at approx. 4 l/hr & could safely have been left over weekend. Instead, the pipe was removed & water turned off for no other reason that I can see than returning on a Saturday & charging weekend rates.. Hilton were cancelled & leak repaired by another Plumber for $220. Hilton refuse to refund the $200.
This leans towards predatory practice. The homeowner is a young relative, & very inexperienced.

From first contact with the Hilton electrical office through to Zac the electrician their service was second to none. Zac was extremely professional, friendly and carried out his work diligently. Highly recommend them.

I have just had a brand new hot water system installed by Johnno. He was prompt, friendly & efficient. This is my second experience with a plumber from Hilton's. Can highly recommend this company. They will be my "go to" for any further jobs! 😄

We’ve used Hilton plumbing and electrical a number of times and the service is exceptional.

Communication, terrific service person who was efficient and good hearted. This means that took every opportunity to check I was happy, with the choice of lighting the placement the payment and the job check.

Polite and helpful
