Sent off the request for a quotation for some work I needed doing on Monday, didn’t receive a call till Wednesday to book a visit for the Thursday. Got a call on Thursday saying he couldn’t make it could we reschedule for Friday. No show on Friday and no call to say he couldn’t make it. Absolute waste of week.

Used Jon From Woburn Sands, So professional, had all exterior windows door and garage door painted. Fantastic job done, Cleaned up after job, the finish was excellent. Friendly team. would totally recommend.

Paul Rogers (Dursley) trimmed two sticking doors and put up a curtain rail. Did a good job, friendly and polite. As as a woman alone, I didn't feel intimidated as he put me at ease. Will definitely use Paul again.

We were put in touch with Steve who came round and seemed very nice - this was in Rutland, for my aged mother. We explained the tasks, Steve did a quote. I did not live with my mother and so have to trust he had completed what he said he had, and then I paid. Steve had done 2 of the smaller tasks - both very poorly. And not completed the 3 others. I contacted them, they promised to come back and finished, and we never saw or heard from them again. Nor do I want to.

I contacted Paul at Hireahubby Dursley on the Thursday and had the work completed by Friday afternoon. Super friendly and professional. I don’t have anyone close to me able to help with odd jobs and finding someone trustworthy can be daunting. I highly recommend and will definitely be in contact for more jobs when needed. Thank you again!

Paul from Hire a Hubby Dursley has just finished a revamp of our garden. The garden was very overgrown and there was also a concrete slabbed patio to dig out and some breeze block structure that lurked behind the greenhouse. We got the greenhouse down before Paul started working but even so it was a major task with pebbles, an old rockery, bricks and all the overgrown plants and shrubs to be removed. Paul advised that he’d do his best with trying to level up the garden but that he couldn’t work miracles but we now have a manageable space. We have a new lawn, new fence panel and an area of Yorkshire stone which we will use for low maintenance plants and shrubs in pots to give the garden a bit of interest and colour. Paul’s a hard worker and a nice person who kept smiling even when working through rain and high winds with all the recent storms! Thanks Paul - would definitely recommend and we’ll call on you again in the future.

We are really impressed with the work that Paul from Hire a Hubby Dursley completed for us.

We hired Paul to replace fence panels, fill a hole in our drive way and fix our front garden wall. All jobs were completed to a high standard and the process was made so much easier knowing that Paul was able to do all of the jobs required rather than having to hire different trades people.

Not only was the work great, Paul is also a really nice guy, really friendly and knowledgeable providing advice on how we should proceed with the work required.

Excellent service. Jon from Milton Keynes cut my kitchen coving and moved my socket along to for my kitchen cookerhood to fit flush.
