As a start up we realised pretty quickly that we needed help in our finance department, Searle and the his team stepped in really quickly and implemented financial discipline + set up monthly KPI's and management reports to monitor our business. Lovely team to work with, they really care about us and I can get Searle on the phone whenever I need him.
