HireGo Minibuses Reviews

Marcus at HireGo made the booking process very easy! Thank you very much!

Hired a minibus for a wedding. The whole process if booking the minibus was straight forward. Our contact was Henry.
Day before the hire date, we were sent details of the driver and also had contact from the driver.
On the hire date, unfortunately, due to the heat, there was a problem with the air-conditioning and had to be repaired. We were notified of thevissue straight away by the driver and he arranged to send 2 replacement cars. Both the cars arrived and took us to the church. We were advised by the minibus driver that minibus will be repaired by the pick up time and he will be waiting for us. True to his word, when we came out of the church, he was there waiting for us. Excellent service.
Overall, excellent service provided by the company. Breaking down of the minibus was unfortunate but these things happen. The most important thing was that they promptly organised replacement cars to take is to the church. Excellent service provided by Henry. You are a star Henry 🌟
The company compensated us for the inconvenience caused and has also offered us reduction on future booking.
Couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the service you are giving.

From start to finish our booking with HireGo was excellent.
The booking process was very easy and my telephone queries ( having been let down badly with another firm )were answered immediately and the booking followed up by email, a booking confirmation and by telephone to check times and dates. We were also given the drivers information which was reassuring. The driver was at the venue ready for us before the booked time and was very patient while all 16 passengers were rounded up and boarded.
The mini bus was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the driver professional and helpful. The ride was very good considering the tiny roads our driver had to traverse to and from the venue.
Excellent service and would use this company again.

Everything went smoothly. Anderson did a great job of organizing things for our group. All went smoothly. Will definitely use again.

I recently booked a minibus for our wedding (2x transfers) on a quite short notice. The communication, quote and service was very quick, friendly and efficient. I was in touch with Henry and he was great. The driver on the day was on time, friendly and helpful and the bus in a good condition. The transfers went perfect and I would not hesitate to book via HireGo again. Many thanks!

I had a smooth and comfortable journey with HireGo Mini Bus from Heathrow Airport to Cardiff. The driver was punctual, professional, and friendly. The vehicle was clean and spacious, making the trip very pleasant. Highly recommended for reliable group travel!

Made a query online and got a quick response back with quote. It was reasonable compared to others I’d had. Communication was really smooth and drivers turned up on time on the day with clean vans. Would recommend

Hirego have been brilliant in accommodating my private airport transfer when my first private transfer company bailed on us in the final 24 hours. Marcus constantly kept us updated and filled me with enough confidence that their company HireGo wouldn’t do the same. Great service! Extremely responsive and respectful! Would deffo recommend this company and would use them again going forward!

We particularly appreciated the quick turnaround time for booking a coach for our day trip to France. The team was very responsive to our questions regarding quotes and other details. There was a variety of vehicles offered.

Anderson handled our booking from start to finish and ensured we were kept updated throughout the process. Very impressed with the flexibility of HireGo

Quick print responses . Very helpful very polite such an easy process answered every question .

Wonderful experience from start to finish.
Very good comunications with Anderson over the phone and emails. The driver polite and show up right on time. The minibus provided was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group’s needs.
We highly recommend the company and will definitely use again.

Reliable company with excellent communication before our hire from Henry. Drove was professional and very accommodating. We used this transport for a primary school visit and would definitely recommend.

Our Primary School was in need of a 17 seater and driver at short notice. We booked and secured a lovely minibus and driver who was prompt and friendly. Thank you Anderson.
The administration of the booking was easy and was managed very competently too.
I would certainly recommend them.

Wonderful work experience in Scotland with excellent minibus service (4 days) thanks to Marcus's organization and to our driver Peter, always so kind and perfect in driving and supporting us in any cirumstance. I really recommend this company.

Excellent service, on time, kept us updated at all times as our original driver (Edward) was off ill but we were kept informed and he was replaced with a really friendly driver (Steve). We were staying at a very out of the way location but he'd gone out earlier to check where we were so he could get to us without any problems. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Driver very professional and kind.
Minibus of good quality.
Very good service.

Anderson was great- very responsive and made the booking process very easy and straight forward. Also helpful, so thank you!

From the outset communication with Marcus from HireGo was quick and helpful. The cost for the minibus was fine and Natalie, our driver, arrived very promptly for pick up and drop off. It made the wedding day much less stressful knowing this was in place. Thank you for good service.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was brilliant from the initial enquiry stage to the whatsapp messages and pin drop locations on the day to track driver progress to your meeting point. Even down to post journey follow up from Marcus to ensure everything went smoothly.

Minibus was spotlessly clean, drivers were polite, made rest stops when we asked, and even played some excellent music for our journey home.

Compared to our experience through a different company 12 months prior, when a battered old transit van turned up to collect us and our 10 clients - which was VERY embarrassing - this service was absolutely top notch. Already booking again for next years event.
