I have been with the HH for a few years now. After the obvious sticky patch around lockdowns we are back to where we were before, loads of new jobs, loads of engaged employers, fantastic rates and the absolute dream team of account managers. Nothing is too much for these guys to help you get your business done. A genuine lifesaver for the smaller agency and a chance to go toe to toe with the big boys.

Very easy process - took just 9 days from posting the role to our new hire starting!

Give great assistance to a newbie on Hiring Hub and are always willing to help.

It's useful to have a portal whereby we have reach to agencies around the country to support us in filling our nationwide vacancies and a dedicated Account Manger to oversee all recruitment activity and provide useful insights.

Hiring Hub is a brilliant platform, it makes our recruitment process much more efficient and quicker. It is great to be able to connect with so many recruiters and candidates via one platform and to easily be able to keep track of where we are up to with all applications. The account managers are always supportive and there to help with anything!

Overall I am fairly happy however it’s lot of money for what it is. I pay nearly £500 per month for the services and all I get for this is leads. You have to make a lot of placements at reasonable fees to make it worth it. I work on this all the time but I have not even broken even as yet. I feel they could do much more for the money they receive and there are a number of suggestions I have but they don’t seem to take notice if this.

Hiring Hub offered a strong on-boarding process and we were able to get working straight away. The customer success team have been helpful and prompt, and we've just secured our first deal! Recommended.

Generally Hiring Hub works well. What makes it work is the effort you can feel your dedicated Account Manager puts in to keep you updated on all roles. They always seam to be just as frustrated as you with any issues and they always do there best to minimise any issues.
Naomi does a wonderful job keeping our team up to date and always goes the extra mile to support you.

As a smaller recruiter (one person) Hiring Hub has opened up opportunities for me to work with larger companies in different locations. I have recently joined the platform and made 2 placements in the first 3 weeks! I have received excellent service from Joe and I am really looking forward to continue working with Hiring Hub!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of roles available via the hub. Naomi is a very good account manager.

We have had great success with Hiring Hub so far - the quality of the candidates supplied by the recruitment agencies has been great and we have even got a preferred supplier list on the portal now. It is much easier to use the portal than to deal with multiple recruiters individually.

We tend to use Hiring Hub for our more difficult to fill / urgent roles to complement our internal recruitment processes and can't fault the service provided by the team there. I would recommend to any internal recruiter.

I joined Hiring hub less than a year and I am really seeing excellent result for my company. I have no regrets on joining as this is the best investment a recruitment agency could ever invest in. I would also like to speak on the customer service & account managers - 10/10 (your queries would be answered promptly). I really happy with my my account Manager Farjad - He's really a nice person. Always there to answer my questions, Quick to respond to emails & calls.

I have recently engaged with Hiring Hub who provide a specialist service for small boutique agencies. The Account Managers are amazing, particularly Farjad Siddiqui who has been exceptional. Company has the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. The business model is incredibly effective and if you put in the effort you are able to get results very quickly whilst receiving a fantastic level of support. Highly recommended!

The Hiring hub is an excellent resource for a busy HR team. You have access to multiple Agencies all via a hub so no direct contact and lengthy phone calls etc. It also avoids duplicate c.vs. Its cost effective as you set the rate.

You will have a dedicated Account Manager who is available on hand to support you whenever needed.

I couldn't recommend the Hiring Hub enough!

Hiring Hub is a game changer! We have very niche, specialist roles to fill which normally take months, but we managed to do our first hire with Hiring Hub within 16 days which is just amazing. The support from the accounts team is exceptional, and the quality of candidates we get through have been excellent. Highly recommend.
