This was our first experience of Hiring Hub, but we would certainly use them again. Our account manager, Laura, was fantastic, happy to take us through the process step by step, taking much of the stress out of the recruitment process. we would certainly never have reached the variety and quantity of candidates we did had we not taken this approach.

Having 24/7 self service access to the recruitment process and support from the Hiring Hub account manager all the way through the process makes them for me the best recruitment experience I have had by some margin. I wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone looking for good people to use Hiring Hub.

Thanks to hiring-hub, it's a lot easier to work with the best agencies for each role and get enough candidates to speed up my hiring process. They always support me and offer good advices.
Having a single contract to work with all agencies is saving me a lot of time as well.

This is a great platform to manage recruitment. It really improves the efficiency of the whole process and widens the talent pool giving access to wide list of agencies.

Easy to post a job, and had initial conversations with three great candidates within a week.I’m used to having lengthy phone calls with multiple recruiters, so the messaging functionality made it really easy to manage comms and reduce time. Great team at hiring hub - always friendly, super helpful and available. Our Account Manager and the team came for a visit to the office and really understand our company and how we work, they do a great job of engaging the right agencies for us and selling our story to these agencies. Would definitely recommend for your next hire!!! The portal is great, one improvement for us would be an integration with our ATS, but other than that, GREAT!!

A very efficient and fluid way of recruiting

A great modern way to work with and manage recruitment agencies. You can decide how little or how much interaction you'd like to have, and limit the number of CVs you receive.

The account managers brief the roles to agencies, saving you time explaining this numerous occasions. They can also help you 'select' agencies for you to work with based on their performance and the types of roles you are recruiting for. Great service so far!

We (KnoWho) have been using Hiring Hub for over 3 months now and have been really impressed. This has definitely bolstered our sales which has been great as a start-up. Ben and the rest of the account handlers are really helpful and offer support when required. I would recommend Hiring Hub highly as it is clear that they don't want to settle and will endeavour to evolve and update the platform. The staff clearly love working there and it really shows!

Where do I start?
Having only been working with the H/H platform for about a month now we have nothing but positive things to say about the whole thing! It really is a perfect tool to use to generate new leads that are fully qualified and engaged.
Feedback through any stage has always been within their stated feedback period. The team of AM's both agency side and employer have been second to none, very helpful, informative and just shown a real care towards wanting our agency to succeed with the platform.
I can only look forward to many more months and years to come working with the H/H team and the success the platform will no doubt continue to bring.
