Haven’t received the package yet, but the customer service is great. The chat assistance on the website is very helpful and when you can reach anyone on it you just leave your email and they get back to you quickly. I wanted to upgrade my shipping after I had already made my purchase and they were very helpful in accomplishing that. I will write another review about the package after I have received it.

Bundle I bought is described as "Hismith Premium Sex Machine With Bundle Attachments - App Controlled With Remote." Sounds like you can control it with your phone app, right? WRONG!! After waiting 30 days of back and forth with "Edwin" via chat and email, I was finally told I needed to spend another $100 (in addition to the $543 original cost) for the "app remote controller." So, now I'm out $643. Sixty days have gone by, and I still can't use the product.

Very powerful and quiet. Quality heavy duty build. Have bought other machines in the $100 - $130 price range before and wound up throwing them out. This Hismith Premium Sex Machine is the one to get (the plate edition or the ones with the legs). The KlicLok attachments work great - you will likely need an extension and a spring attachment (both an additional $30) but well worth it for something that actually is a quality build that works.

I am impressed at how solid this machine is. I have to admit, I was hesitant at the price tag, but after receiving it I can tell the quality of the machine is top notch. Less expensive machines from other manufacturers are made mostly from plastic, and plastic wears out quickly. After hearing from a friend that a plastic machine he purchased from another manufacturer broke within six months, I knew I didn’t want to have to replace a poorly made one. This product is made from heavy duty materials and appears to be very well made. Most everything is made from metal, which should be less likely to break down the road.

I am very appreciative of the customer service that I received from Edwin. As this was the first time I have purchased a product like this, I had a couple of questions. Edwin was able to answer them in a timely manner.

This company is horrible to deal with. I placed my order Thursday night seen my email receipt Friday morning and immediately. contacted the company several times thru several methods that its the wrong item. They finally got back to me on Monday saying its too late item shipped. They lied. The tracking number showed it shipped 5 days after. Also it ships from Hong Kong, not Canada. So be prepared to get it in a month unless you pay the extra shipping. They finally agreed that I can send back the attachments and the will send me the correct ones. As soon as I received the item I emailed Edwin who was the contact there to get the shipping address to send back the wrong attachments and they instantly cut off communication. Once I received the product they just ghosted me. It's been a month and they still won't reply to me. I bought the premium machine with KlicLok and attachments and spent almost $500. The machine itself is ok, Not great but Not bad. It's over priced for what it actually is. In reality it's just a windshield wiper motor from a car with a speed control. The attachments are trash. the dildos are a piece wood or plastic with rubber over it. There is no flex or give to them at all. the only one that's any good is is the standard dildo that comes with the machine. The male cup is a joke. unless your penis is super tiny, it won't fit the cup. It's stretchy rubber but it's inside a plastic sleeve and the hole is the size of a pencil. Your penis will just push the rubber inside. It's complete trash. The only part of all this that is of any Quality is the legs, They're solid steel bars that will never break but the clamps that hold the bars together are pretty cheap. They say they have 24/7 customer service and 30 day returns. They don't have either one. If you do decide to make a $500 mistake like I did? Just buy the machine itself and get the suction cup adapter and buy your own dildos someplace else. Even the suction cup adapter is a joke. It's just a round piece of metal with a kliclok and they charge $40 for it. You can find it on Amazon for $20. Over all I think the machine itself would be a fair price at $250 if it came with the adapters, not the dildos just the adapters so you can buy your own dildos elsewhere.

Great service by Jess on chat. Very knowledgeable of product specifics and order process and placement. Jess was very patient with me taking time completing the order and answering all my questions and making adjustments to order. I haven’t received this excellent of service from any other businesses in a long time. Well done!

Incredible customer service, fixed my problem right away!

So I’m not sure about others experiences with ordering from Hismith but I found their support very well. They where upfront and honest about being based in China, about risks to shipping due to the pandemic but believed there wouldn’t be delays and confirmed everything was in stock for me.

Especially Jess but Edwin as well where helpful. I much preferred ordering from Hismith directly rather then through Amazon. I definitely recommend it.

....as for my purchase, it was definitely worth the investment. Take that as you will.

My inquiry was answered quickly and my problem was resolved almost immediately. I couldn't be happier with the fast turn around on my problem and am excited to have my replacement part soon. Thank you!

After receiving my order We put it through its paces and found a weak link in the system. The company gratefully sent us out a replacement part at no cost to me. Great customer service!

I recieved my package today and one of the items I ordered was not the correct one I needed! I notified them through email regarding the issue. I did not expect such wonderful customer service in response! I am BIG on customer care and this company surpassed that for sure. I was sent out a replacement part immediately and the representative was overly helpful.

Sometimes you don't want something you order and you hope to God that the company will take it back, and they did. I did retract my order within 15 minutes, so keep that mind. But totally understanding!

I ordered this from China (am in Florida) during the Pandemic.

I discovered that this greatly affected delivery time, plus there was a mistake in the product delivered.

But all was resolved at no cost to me! In fact, they kept with me every step of the way until everything was resolved.

I so appreciate their steadfastness in customer service!

The courier got the wrong address and the chat line was brilliant, they sorted it out within 24 hours, well done. The assembly of the machine is really easy, well documented and easy to follow pictures, make sure that you do not get the wires mixed up with the mechanism as they will be eaten, but that is not a problem. Solid parts and great control over the speed and the attachments are too much, fantastic, better than what I had imagined. Thank you for an excellent product and customer service.

The machine I purchased works great! My only problem is that both of the screws to adjust the direction it goes does not work. Other than that the customer service was fine and I appreciate the help given when needed. As well as, the good customer service and providing with equipment whenever there is any issue with my machine. Thanks Edwin!

Customer service was EXCELLENT, I worked with Edwin. The reason this review is not 5 stars has more to do with company policy/ website design than customer service. The machine and working attachments I purchased are working great however I have not had a chance to use them too much yet so I don't know about their longevity. But so far so good!

Pros:
-I did receive a customer service response EVERY TIME I reached out. It is not 24/7 support but within a few days at most there was always a response. I usually received a response within 24 hours or less (I had a lot of questions).
-Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. All recommendations/advice I received through customer service were correct (I had purchased three adapters with my machine/attachments, two adapters I purchased based on website description that did not work with purchased machine and one adapter purchased based on customer service recommendation that was a correct one).
-I did have an issue with my machine that allowed it to function correctly but was an inconvenience, a partial refund was issued. * See edit below *
-I did have an issue with two attachments being wrong one sent/not working that were quickly resolved after reaching out to customer service. * See edit below *

Cons:
-An item I ordered was out of stock so not shipped with original order. I prefer the website to be set up to acknowledge this so that I am aware of this before I receive my shipment. Once I reached out to customer service about the missing item it was back in stock again and they are going to ship the item.
-The website descriptions can be misleading and at times wrong... I had purchased adapters for a machine/attachments based on the specifications listed on the website that turned out not to be required. A way to avoid this is to talk with customer service beforehand about everything and not to assume the website specifications are correct. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT SURE because even if you have proof that listed website specifications were incorrect it may be difficult or not possible to get a refund.

* Edit: If customer service indicated you would be receiving any form of refund be sure to follow up that money was actually refunded. I did not do so until a month or two later and despite having email evidence from customer service that I would receive a partial refund I did not actually receive the refund until after I set up a dispute through Paypal... once Paypal was involved I received the original agreed partial refund promptly. I am still leaving review at 4 stars because I would purchase products again, however especially for first time buyers I would strongly recommend checking every product you decide to purchase through customer service to ensure it is what you want. This may be a lengthy process due to different time zones and turn-around times with communication (as stated earlier support is not 24/7).

I was interested in their products, but somewhat skeptical about purchasing. After ordering and paying for expedited shipping then not receiving the product for 10 days I emailed their customer service department. I received a prompt email in return showing the shipping and tracking information. It had been shipped expedited the day after I had ordered. The hold up was caused by the shipping company, DHL, and Covid 19.

My wife and I have been very happy with the product. It is very well constructed and works as advertised. It has added some new fun to a couple married for over 49 years.

We would highly recommend Hismith, and their customer service department and their products to anyone interested in their products.
