For item HSC17-GC, make sure the male end of the KlicLok adapter is threaded down good and tight to the cap before use. If it loosens from the cap during use the threads may strip out, as there are very few of them and I think the male end is steel and the adapter cap may be aluminum (but I'm not certain of that). I recommend using a thread-locker (such as loc-tite) of some sort so this doesn't become a potential issue down the line for you. If you're super-hard on things, maybe JB Weld it before use? JESS from customer service rocks and took care of my issue. The reviews I read of Hismith customer service before my purchase were a good part of why I chose to buy from them, and I have NOT been disappointed. Give these people/this company your business, they'll do right by you (as will their products). Enjoy!

Made my first Purchase on this site 5 days ago, been checking Delivery status every day since making the purchase and no updates nor any tracking information, the only feedback I got was that my Payment was in fact accepted to which I paid through PayPal. After reading some of the poor reviews and experience that some people were faced with their orders it had me a bit worried about mine especially being a victim of an online scam previously before. Anyhow I decided to email them with my account and Purchase details attached so they could hopefully further update me on my order, however within a few hours later, knock on the door, parcel had arrived. 5 days Delivery, very well packaged, item was perfect and as described. Overall very happy, just wish they would provide some tracking information for customer satisfaction in very near future. I'd definitely Highly Recommend this site and would definitely order from them again myself in the future. Well Done and Thank you.

I recently ordered a machine from hismith. Unfortunately I got one with a factory defect.

After contacting hismith support, they agreed to send all the required tools and parts to fix my machine.
The parts had to be sent from their factory in China to Portugal and hismith covered all shipping and customs taxes.

Overall experience was excellent.

The machine manufacturing is very good, but the wire soldering could be improved.

after finding the e-mail in my spam folder, the customer service was impeccable, they sent me a new driver (which had a defect) for no extra cost, and now my machine is as good as new! Very happy

I was excited to purchase my first machine, shipping was quick and assembly was relatively easy. The frame is super stable/heavy, attachment rod secure and the included toy is good quality. It feels like real skin. Unfortunately my machine failed to turn on or thrust at all!! Hismith send me a new remote box for $20 but it didn't fix the problem. They then sent another for free and still no luck. They finally sent a whole new replacement machine at no cost, and it works beautifully!! The reason I'm giving 4/5 is the charge for first replacement remote and the first machine not working to begin with. Other than that, they made it right and I'm happy now.

The help line girl was very helpful she gave me links to the best of Hismith. I love when employees use there products. That shows that it is good enough for them then it's good enough for my girl. I'll let u all know how it goes when I give them a test drive.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I’d never paid that much for a bedroom toy before. But it worked out quite smoothly, and the machine is amazing! The website is easy to navigate, my order and payment were processed with no issues. Got my tracking information and received the unit within a few days. Spoke with a few agents via both the chat and email with technical questions and found them helpful and communicative.

The unit itself is great! It’s a slick, well-designed package, ships in a padded travel case and assembled in minutes. The construction is durable, all metal. It’s fully adjustable and easy to use. Sometimes I need to adjust the angle or move the unit so that it pushes in instead of causing the unit to move, but positioning is crucial with any toy.

Also, it can be controlled via Bluetooth for more pattern options and variety. Hismith offer lots of great adaptors and attachments which are worth the price on their own. High-quality silicone toys which can be used with their suction cup or locking connector. Recommended!

So I placed my order in January 27th and paid via PayPal, payment was accepted and processed the next day showing taken from PayPal and my bank account. I didn’t take out express delivery as others said it isn’t worth it, waited 4 days and heard nothing so for the next 4 days I tried using online chat and email with no response…. All I wanted is for someone to say it has been processed and the order is waiting to be dispatched or anything really, yet nothing.

Opened a case via PayPal for refund but gave the company another 48 hours to respond to my message on there and still nothing. So escalated my claim via PayPal and have to wait for a response which can take two weeks for them to investigate.

Seems this company is very hit and miss, some great reviews and some terrible reviews… I think with this company it’s up to you if you’d like to take a chance but you’re talking a lot of money if it goes wrong so just be careful and either use PayPal or another way of being able to get a refund if you don’t get your product.

I made a mistake when choosing shipping by selecting standard versus expedited but their customer service was willing to work with me on correcting my error. I give their customer service a 5 star!

First heard about this on Reddit. Also sold on Amazon where they have great reviews. I was a little skeptical to try it but their reputation is very good and I can say you also NOT be disappointed!!

My 1st use of this Hismith sex machine was with a new Doc Johnson, Ultraskyn Realistic Jason Luv 10 inch long by 2 inch dia vac-u-lock dildo. I got a wonderful pounding. I have a couple close friends who have been wanting me to bottom for them and quite frankly I declined out of fear of being ripped bloody. That is no longer an issue. Hismith sex machine with the right accessories should be able to satisfy most anyone or prepare them for satisfying their intimate friends. Highly recommended!

The delivery was fast. After using it for a week, I can say that their products are great and easy to use. Their customer service is also good. I won't mind ordering one more. Very impressed.

If I could give a minus score I would. Absolutely terrible company with terrible service. I ordered an item which did not arrive and this rip off company refused to do anything about it. Strangely when I asked them to provide a signature as proof of delivery they said they couldn't. Apparently they send out orders worth hundreds of pounds without even asking for a signature on delivery. If I had known that I would not have ordered from them in the first place. I have had to open a case with PayPal to try and get my money back off these charlatans. I can see by other customers reviews that I am not the only one who has had problems with this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I contacted support who basically called me a liar and told me that I could open a paypal case but I will lose. This company have basically stolen mine and many other customers money. They think that because it is sex toys people will be reluctant to complain and cause a fuss. THEY ARE WRONG. I have made a claim with paypal and I will take them to the small claims court if I have to.

I purchased a premium machine with app control and it was in a package deal with five or six extra attachments. While I did receive an invoice for the purchase pretty much immediately, the shipping update email never arrived. Either way in only a week my package showed up and everything looks top notch. We won't have time to put it to any use till this weekend if we are lucky but once we use it a few times I'll update if anything goes wrong.

The delivery was quick and discreet. After using it for a week, my wife and I love it! The product feels robust, and we can adjust it to tons of different positions. We highly recommend it!
