Stay clear away fraudulent scam you order they blame the backlog at the warehouse for the order. Say it’ll be shipped out following Monday following Monday arrives now they don’t know when it’ll be shipped out due to a technical air reported to credit card company stay clear away fraudulent scam.

I needed to replace the module on my van for the trailer lights, I made a mistake and ordered a different one, they contacted me right away even though it was Sunday so I could get the one that fitted my van.
They shipped it the same day and received it the next morning.
Great customer service and the product is just what I needed.
I will surely recommend this company and its people.

Wow!Wow!Wow! I was thinking of ordering a $2800 Minn Kota from this company, but after reading their responses to complaints I decided not to. Company sounds like a scam. If I order something and it does not work then the company where the item was bought replaces it. If I want to return it then the company refunds the total amount. End of story! I can’t believe people order from these clowns. Typical corporate bull reply’s to Folks complaints.

They had a good sale on a sleeping pad but after I purchased the product they asked me to provide front and back photos of my picture ID to verify my order. I’ve never experienced anything of the sort with online shopping. Buyer beware.

Make sure you do your research before buying there. I purchased a 2000$ hitch following their recommandation only to find out that this particular brand did not fit well with the newer pick up trucks. I ended up damaging my bed rail right away. So, I returned it and they charged me 400$ (20%) re-stocking fees.

Hitchweb doesn’t provide client satisfaction as claimed on their website.
They sent Purolator delivering a 560$ item and I have never receive it. Hitchweb say sorry Purolator said that they delivered it and closed the case. This is not profesionnal and totally direspectful.

Best price in Canada for trailer hitch. I bought a Curt 13531. Was delivered directly from Curt warehouse in Canada. I had to return the 1st one as it was defective and Hitchweb (Alicia) provided superior customer services and I received the replacement unit within 3 days of calling their customer support.

communication regarding product was great along with info on delivery and tracking was also great. Felt like company had my best interest . Would definitely use company again and recommend to others. Thanks Hitchweb.com

When I sent the order in I got a reply that fitment for my vehicle had not been guaranteed by the manufacture. I thanked them for their concern but because it was a carry over year for my vehicle, i felt it would be fine and asked them to ship it. I had the hitch in two days and it took me an hour to install. Not bad for a 70 year old fat man. The two main hitch houses in my area wanted $600 dollars to provide and install the hitch. With Hitchweb, it cost me under $300 dollars and an hour of my time. Can't thank them enough.

Hitchweb 'went to bat' for me even though my running boards had been on my truck for 13 months when I discovered the problem. They took my product failure very seriously (followed up with the manufacturer), treated me well (thanks Derek!) and were able to provide a full refund *PLUS* replacement boards. Seriously cannot believe the great response I got from them!!!

Needed a trailer tire, shopped around, found it here bought at the best price and received it within 24 hours, great job guy's.

Ordered my hitch and told 3-5 days plus extra for the courrier and I received it in 2 days! Awesome service! Highly recommend!

Starting to think maybe this is a Scam I ordered a hitch April 25/22 and I got a email stating my order was shipped April 27,so I waited 2 weeks and nothing showed up I phoned Loomis and they said they hadn't picked up any package for me at all and nothing had been shipped, I called Hitchweb and they said why did you wait so long to call about this Grrrrr and now they just keep telling me they are trying to get ahold of the warehouse to see what's going on. Took my money April 25/22 Horrible!!!!

I recently bought four roof top bike carrier/rack from Hitchweb. during installation I was trying to switch the locking arm from left to right. One of the rack had a minor manufacturer defect where the screw on the locking collar of the locking arm was somehow stripped. I contacted Hitchweb and they replied promptly. Within two days then picked up the defected rack and I received a replacement. this is truely amazing service. Thank you Alicia! Wish more business would be half this good.

I recently purchased an r.v. awning and there was a slight misunderstanding of what I expected and what I got but I was more than a little surprised when I was offered a choice of options and how far they went to correct an error. I highly recommend this company as I have never experienced this type of excellent service.

Ordered B&W ball kit... they used a courier service who has the worst reviews we've seen so far in the business... they shipped to item to north of Qc. We are in Ontario. They just make excuses. will we ever get the package? (doubt it). They probably don't deliver in Ontario. losing time and money. Should have stayed with Amazon. Stay away from this company. Never again.

Ive been really patient with these guys but they messed up every step of the way. I had to cancel a road trip because i couldnt the parts that i ordered on time. Then when i finally got them (took 3 weeks) they had the had the wrong parts in the boxes.

So now im looking at well over a month of wait to get the right parts and finally installed the roof rack that i ordered.

I never write review normally but this is beyond anything i ever experienced ordering online.
