I had various health issues and pain . I felt frustrated trying to get a diagnosis . I followed a 12 week programme devised by Hito Holistic to treat my hip , back , knee and foot pain .Alessio was able to relieve my lower back pain with his careful approach . I felt listened too and the sessions on breathing with Julie gave me an opportunity to reflect on issues and improve my well being . I have adopted some of the techniques and ways of thinking to help with my recovery . We all hold stress without realising it . Hito Holistic treat the whole person in a calm , professional and caring way . I thoroughly recommend the plan .

I cannot recommend Julie and Alessio highly enough. They can patch you up and send you on your way along with the best of them, but where they really excel is trying to find the root cause of a problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. It can be challenging but it's incredibly rewarding. For anyone suffering from chronic health issues, they are a godsend.

I recently completed the 12 week programme with Hito and I'm so glad I made that investment, as I'm in such a different place now compared to a few months ago.
I wasn't sure about signing up to all those sessions at the start but I knew deep down I needed it and that my issues weren't going to resolve in one week. It was so worth the time and commitment. I originally saw Alessio for a session to help with my jaw pain and tinnitus. That first session really helped my solve my jaw click and it was a huge emotional release.
Alessio and Julie are such a lovely team. They really care, they are kind and patient and were so supportive during my ups and downs. It felt very reassuring knowing they were there for me if I needed any extra sessions, and they were always happy to send me extra videos/exercises/meditations/advice - whatever was going on each week.
Alessio is very knowledgable and skilled at what he does, always taking the time to explain everything from Chinese medicine which is so interesting.
Julie's sessions were a huge support too, I've never really got on board with breathwork before but she taught me to love it. I always felt so much calmer and safer after our sessions and she would always put me at ease with all my worries.
Thank you both for such a positive experience. I will be back when I need more nervous system support. My ears are so much better.

I have received treatment from Alessio for dizziness, back pain and plantar fasciitis. Every time I have seen him he has provided me with treatment that has really helped me. He is very thorough and gets to the root of the problem so that the best treatment can be given to resolve the issues. I have improved greatly after seeing him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. His knowledge and expertise is amazing.

I cannot praise Alessio enough. My initial consultation focused on discomfort and pain in relation to ear/jaw problems. Holistic assessment and evaluation provided insight into the connection between the physical and, unknown to me, the historical emotional pain I had been experiencing. Additionally assessment highlighted other physical conditions which require further investigation. Alessio has put me on a good path.

Such a lovely experience. A warm welcome, kind offering of tea or coffee at reception, and such a calm and soothing space. You can really feel the care that has been put into the clinic and so I was relaxed and felt in good hands before I even had my appointment. I was seen by Zain, who was friendly, very professional and thorough - taking as much time as needed to discuss my issues. After an initial consultation, I felt very reassured by Zain and that we had a clear plan for treatment. After my first treatment I feel rejuvenated, and that some of the pain has already eased. I visited Alessio about three years ago for a shoulder problem that wasn't resolved despite several visits to different physio. Alessio was very professional and fixed my problem after a few sessions. I continued to visit him for other ailments after my pregnancy.

While I have been happy with the treatment (Elena), the entire admin and organisation of Hito is a complete shambles. Every aspect of the admin of the organisation is incredibly unprofessional, and I have had enough of the issues with them with accounts, appointments (wrong dates and session lengths booked, cancellation issues, etc) and them calling and emailing me wasting my time with things they should be attending to at their end. And constantly using new reception staff unfamiliar with the business, leading to some of these mistakes. Am going to move my business elsewhere - just not worth the hassle with numerous other options out there.

I am very impressed with Alessio’s vast knowledge and experience in the field. He takes this holistic approach to human body as he specialises in so many different areas. I felt some relief in my body (the most painful areas) after the first session so I am going back to Hito to treat my issues further.

I have been seeing Alessio for my recurring knee and shoulder pain for a few years now which is also complimented with massages by Cristina who provides the best massages. Cristina takes the time to learn your problem areas and focuses on those to help alleviate the pain and provide an amazing massage.

I have been regularly seeing Alessio for a few months for my joint pains, shoulder issues amd osteoarthritis. He has really helped me in pain relief, i am limping less when i walk and overall i feel much better. I am very happy with my progress and I highly recommend him.

My mother in law fell from the stairs and developed pain and minor swelling after a few days. Alesio provided physio therapy and acupuncture which helped with the swelling and pain. My mum was not comfortable with needles but Alesio made her feel at ease.

The NHS diagnosed me with Costochondritis and rotator cuff issues over the phone but, after a month of treatment from them, I still wasn't getting better, so I booked in with Alessio and, after one session, I'm already seeing significant improvement!

Immediately booked in for my next session and am looking forward to it!

Hito physiotherapy has been a great help with my continuing vertigo. I was referred by an ENT specialist and have found the treatments very effective, and very relaxing. Extremely sensitive work- wonderful blend of east meets west treatment.

I have had a problem with my calves for years, Alessio has fixed this for me by doing specialized massages and showing me excellent stretches and exercises to do. I will be playing football again in a few weeks after not being able to for years. He is very knowledgeable and a nice guy too, I highly recommend.

I saw Cristina for a 30 minute massage and it was truly wonderful. Cristina worked on my upper back and legs. I relaxed fully during the massage and enjoyed every moment thanks to Cristina's optimal skills.

I felt lot of tension on my left shoulder caused by a past accident, after just one session with Alessio i could feel the tension fading away and overall pain diminishing and decided to book other sessions to go a bit deeper on my injury.
Alessio looks really knowledgeble and professional. With his holistic approach he can give you hints on how some emotional states can deeply affect your body.
