Great fast service

I purchased a Gents Tissou watch for a present from a well known online high street store who cancelled the order after a week. After searching on Google I came across HL Brown who had the watch I wanted at the lowest price I could find. It came the very next day even though it was free delivery, was beautifully gift wrapped and was a stunning watch, the recipient was thrilled and so I was I with the fantastic service received. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish

Lynda and Daniel and the gentleman who let us in made us feel comfortable within minutes of entering the store. Offering a drink on arrival and being seated with Lynda to pick our wedding rings. Such down to earth staff. Then whilst picking our rings we were offered prosecco. We felt very looked after, welcomed and listened to and we bought our rings. It can be hard to find businesses that provide customers with excellent customer service, but the team at H L Brown did just that today. I purchased my first mechanical watch from another retailer online, but due to my inexperience I lost a crucial component while adjusting the bracelet to fit me. I took my new watch to a number of jewellers in Sheffield but nobody was able to help me, and in general were quite rude, patronising, and dismissive of me on account of the fact that I'd tried to adjust the watch myself.

My experience at H L Brown couldn't have been more different. The team were impeccably kind and polite throughout, and never once made me feel stupid for my error. A specialist took a look at my watch and I was offered a cup of tea while he did so. He was instantly able to identify the problem and the parts he'd need to fix it, ordering them directly from the manufacturer on my behalf. He has charged me only for the parts themselves; the delivery and fitting H L Brown will cover for me!

I look forward to visiting again in a couple of weeks when the parts arrive from the manufacturer. This is a fantastic demonstration of how truly excellent service wins repeat custom. After my experience today I will consider H L Brown to be me and my family's jeweller of choice, and I will have absolutely no hesistation in recommending them to my friends.
