⚠️⚠️⚠️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 had a terrible, distressing experience at HLC Smile in Istanbul. After traveling from another country, I felt I had no choice but to proceed, or my entire trip would have been for nothing. Once I arrived, they doubled the price of the treatment after of months of telling me one price, without any warning. Dr. Yusuf was standoffish, uncooperative, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The female agent, named rahga , also booked me into a hotel that had roaches. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt or any official paperwork for my implants. I was given the runaround at every step. As a foreign patient, I trusted them, and they completely failed in every aspect. I strongly advise anyone considering HLC Smile to avoid them—they were inattentive, dishonest, and the worst dental experience I’ve ever had!!

Kesinlinlikle uzak durulmalı sakın gitmeyin. 17.04.2025 de eski (16 yillik) kaplamalarimi değistirmek icin gittim. Hicbir sorunum ağrı, çürük yoktu. Sadece kaplamaların yenilenmesi gerekiyordu. Kendi kaplamalarimi söktuler geciciler takilana kadar 3-4 gun ana dişlerimle gecirdim asla agrim olmadi. Geciciler birturlu istedigim gibi olmadi. Bitim dislerimin duzgun olacagini soylediler 7 mayista takildi. Zaten kesik olan dişlerimi tekrar kestiler bana da yapistiricilari temizliyoruz dediler kac defa uyardim benim dişim kesik zaten diye. Dişleri taktilar seklinden gectim bu dişler heryerinden hava aliyor canim yaniyor dememe ragmen eve gonderdiler zamanla oturur dediler. 15 mayisa kadar bekledim tekrar gittim cikaracaklarini yeni yapacaklarini soylediler. Babam rahatsiz benim zamanim yok dedim. Daha sonra gelirim dedim ayrildim. Haziranda tekrar gittim bir bayan doktorla gorusturduler bu sefer dislerimin sökulüp sinirlerinin alinacagi soylendi. Ben dişten anlamadiklarini sinirleri onlara aldirmayacagimi para iadesi istedigimi soyledim. Ucreti de zaten çalisan elamanin hesabina gönderttiler bu arada. Ucret iadesi yapamayacaklarini benim babamdan dolayi pisikolojimin bozuk oldugunu idda ettiler. Neyse tekrar kaplamami söken doktorlarina yonlendirdiler. Disler sokuldü yenisi yapildi temmuz ayinda. Yine ayni sorun hicbirsey ısıramıyorum ve heryerden hava aliyor iliksudan başka su içemiyorum. Şimdi ön iki dişimi kaybettim. O kadar cok kesmislerki, dişlerimin sinirine kadar girmişler.
Son gittigimde atolyenin sefi ve bayan doktorun konuşmalarina şahit oldum. Atolyeden çok kotu diş geldiği için azarliyordu şeflerini. Mecbur taktim o kötü dişi çünkü akşama uçaklari var nasil yaptiniz o kadar kötü dişi diye.
Gerçekten çok kötü bir klinik tek bildikleri para almak. Ama heryere şikayet ettim sağlik bakanliği, vergi dairesi. Insanin hayati bu kadar ucuz degil sak8n gitmeyin.

⚠️ Clinic to avoid at all costs! HLC Smile caused me a serious bone infection after a botched treatment. Two panoramic X-rays didn’t reveal anything—I had to get a 3D scan at my own expense to discover the problem. Their only priority is money, not patient health. Stay away from this clinic!

In this clinic where I was taken by some scammers!!! They charge a commission to take you, they charged me €220 for each vanner, €150 for the crow and €550+ Crow for the two implants. Initially the doctor broke a tooth while removing my old vanners. After 5 months, 2 vanners fell out. The Crows on one side became crooked and sealed poorly. I have hypersensitivity. The vanners are shorter so I replaced the ones I had because of the color (one of my front teeth broke so they shortened them. The implants moved and at that moment the doctor made a mistake with two crows of the wrong colored implants and wanted to convince me that nothing was wrong). They were the last teeth. They were all very professional. After they were discussed, they had to remove them, causing me unbearable pain. After calling the scammers several times who called me after seeing the reviews, I paid €1000 between expenses and hotel, plane, etc. and the nice talk of everything that was wrong would be changed, I arrived at the clinic and all they changed was a broken crow, nothing else, I asked what vanners had fallen and stuck to me until I came to Istanbul, they told me they were well stuck, surreal they did not want to change anything, after making me spend 1000 € from Barcelona for nothing, a changed crow 1000 € and a week lost of work, the broken veneers are there stuck by me without disinfecting and with traces of glue, they or those who commit to bringing people from other countries. They take responsibility, for nothing, only for charging 7000 € pressured at night in my hotel counting bills, and without giving me any kind of invoice. EVERYTHING IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. Well, I warn you that you will receive a burofax from my lawyer in Istanbul, since the company of the high commissions does not take responsibility. And they say and give you a diploma of 10 years of guarantee...
