Could not fault them at all, customer service so good I felt it warranted me coming to write a review. Bed is amazing, great quality, mechanics work really well for the tv. Had one small issue with the lid of the tv footboard, mentioned it to them and without argument they drive 4 hours here and back to replace that piece. Couldn’t recommend them enough

We absolutely love the bed, turned up well packaged. The tv lift is smooth and quiet. One tiny issue was rectified by the team no problem at all. Very happy with the first class service, and the quality of the bed, excellent value for money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I waited over 6 MONTHS to get MY money back after returning the item straight away with absolutely NO issues. They had no problem arranging collection, but when it came to refunding my money, it was excuse after excuse, being blanked, ignored, and constantly messed around.

This whole situation could have been resolved months ago if they had just been straightforward and honest. Instead, I was forced to involve my bank and spend countless hours chasing a refund that should have been issued without question.

The customer service has been absolutely disgusting. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I should never have had to fight this hard to get my own money back.

Do not waste your time or money buying from this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. ALSO known as BONANZA SLEEP LTD!

The bed is excellent quality and we are very happy with the product couldn't ask for better

This company has changed name from the bed heist to what it is today they are a scam bought a mattress from them complained first month no response not helpful at all be aware from these theifs.

Honestly the bed is perfect I’m in love! The quality is spot on I love the colour it’s even better in person! It was easy to build and sturdy! The delivery guy was very helpful, he brought it through into the house for me 🙂 overall I’m super happy and would definitely recommend to friends and family 👍 thank you!
