The website is very intuitive and easy to use. At the same time it gives plenty of options to Taylor your website to your HOA‘s needs. I scheduled a live virtual one on one consultation with one of HOA Expresses team members. This was extremely useful. I haven’t done this type of meaning in the past, and it was an incredibly beneficial 20 minute call that answered all my questions. The HOA Express team was ready to serve our needs. Highly recommend HOA Express.

HOA Express is very user friendly, easy to navigate with in the application. The online help is very useful and user friendly to ask a question and the answer that is returned is very informative. We have used in person on the telephone with Nicole, very knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions that I have asked Nicole has shown how to implement a solution within the the existing software,

Transferring our website to HOA-Express has been surprisingly easy. But the best part is their customer service. Both on the phone and on a chat, their customer success team has been great. They are responsive and very knowledgeable. This has been a welcome change from our previous hosting company. I have dealt most often with Nicole who has been wonderful to deal with.

Nicole Piccione partnered with me to migrate our HOA Website from another vendor. She was super responsive, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She was always available for any and all questions and made what I thought would be a daunting task a seamless experience.

Great Customer Service! I appreciate the timely responses when it comes to questions. I am in the process of transitioning our HOA website from a WordPress site to this service. And whenever I had questions, they instantly responded.

Creating a web front end was very easy. There were times I needed to contact customer support and they responded within 2 hours of posting mon-fri. They don’t work weekends in support, although you can still leave a message.
The website has a help button on most screens. It was easy to subscribe & they offered a discount for monthly vs yearly.

Our HOA has been using HOA-Express for the past five years, and we've been very impressed by the quality of the website, the ease of registering new homeowner accounts, and the convenience of providing online payment options for our homeowners. Great customer service by Nicole, who spent a lot of time with me answering questions and demonstrating what the website can do. What we as a condo board really appreciate is the ease in which you can move around your website, and I, as webmaster, appreciate how easy it is to set up folders and pages, import documents, and create forms. I wanted to share a quick update on our COA’s transition journey to HOA Express. We’ve faced a few bumps in the road with our previous provider, which unfortunately let our domain name and email address expire, causing some disruptions to our daily operations and communication with residents.

After thoroughly vetting several platforms, we chose HOA Express—so far, it’s proving to be the right choice! Data migration is moving smoothly, with just one hiccup: waiting for the previous provider to unlock our domain to complete the transfer.

Special shoutout to Jennifer M. from HOA Express, whose support has been stellar. Her expertise and responsiveness have made all the difference, and we’re looking forward to wrapping up this migration soon. Once everything’s finalized, I’ll return with a more detailed review to share the complete picture.

I have looked at several HOA management apps and have found HOA-Express to offer the best cost/benefit performance. Their website development facility is excellent -- easy to learn and use, flexible, adaptable and comprehensive. Their customer support is superb: I have posted several questions over the weeks I have been using the program, and they always answer within two or three hours (except on weekends). Their online help is also very thorough.

I know there are other programs that provide a few more features (at a considerably higher cost), but for our HOA, HOA-Express is perfect. For example, their access-control function is very well thought out, and allows our board to allow members, tenants, contractors, etc. to each have their own access rights to the several web pages. We also use the site to keep documents for board-only access where appropriate, and even to enable Resale Package compilation.

I highly recommend it.

Having HOA Express for our relatively small single family owned HOA has been a great experience! As a very non-tech savvy person myself, I've found it very easy to create & design pages & content within it. HOA Express has definitely "fit the bill" for us as far as a much more efficient & cost-effective communications tool for our Board when it comes to providing updates & information to our membership. Our condo association has existed without a website for many years. As a new board member, I was tasked with the assignment to create one for our HOA. Not having much experience with website creation, I was excited to discover HOA Express. My first zoom meeting with Meredith at HOA Express went exceedingly well, as she guided me thru the setting up of a domain name and the easy to use templates, in order to create our own unique personalized site. Within 2 weeks of going live with the site, all of our unit owners have registered and are now active users. As the administrator for our website, I have found that implementing many of our unit owners requests and the uploading of files and documents to be very easy and intuitive to manage. I have received many compliments from our unit owners, all thanks to the the assistance of Meredith and her team at HOA Express!

First, the HOA Express web building system is a walk in the park - super user friendly. And, even better, if you need "tech assistance" the staff is extremely responsive, technically competent and just plain cheerful. Very competitive price structure is icing on the cake.
