I recently booked a 7-night all-inclusive holiday to Turkey (departing 23 March) for 2 adults and 3 children through Travelopedia Ltd / Holiday Globe, and I wanted to share my experience.

Overall, the trip was a memorable one for our family. The sea-view accommodation was definitely a highlight—waking up to the ocean every day made a big difference to the experience. The resort itself was family-friendly, with plenty of options to keep the kids entertained, from pools to activities throughout the day.

The all-inclusive package was convenient, especially when traveling with children. Meals were generally good, with enough variety to suit different tastes. Drinks and snacks being readily available was a big plus.

Private transfers were smooth and hassle-free, which made arrival and departure much less stressful. This was especially helpful with three kids and luggage.

That said, communication before the trip was perfect. There were no moments where we had to follow up for any thing, they were providing details very quick and in a perfect way.

In summary, the holiday itself delivered on what we were looking for—a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with great views and convenience. With proper pre-trip communication, the overall experience could be even better.

Would consider booking with them again in future.

I booked a holiday with Holiday Globe via CheekyTrip. The initial price shown was not what I ended up paying. After paying the deposit, I was told about an extra £200 “booking fee” that wasn’t disclosed upfront.
I flagged this, and while they reduced it slightly, I’m still being asked for an additional £100. This lack of transparency, in my view, breaches UK consumer law and Package Travel Regulations 2018.
I no longer trust them and am considering cancelling my holiday. I will be reporting this to Action Fraud and the CAA.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to confirm all costs in writing before any payment.

There should be an option for minus stars. This scam company. Do not book a holiday with them, if you expect honesty and reliability. Cheeky trips promote this company.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible... Rude foreign call centre staff that speak over you whilst you are talking
They do not send booking references...
They do not send official emails with confirmation instead opting for hand typed emails from someone called Barry.... Saying booked yet with no official reference!
Still no ATOL Certificate 2 days after booking leaving me vulnerable....
Genuinely feel like I could have booked it myself online and had better results and proven cheaper.
Genuinely feels like Ive been scammed! Still waiting to see if I actually have a holiday booked as no official confirmation from either the airline or hotel... Which let's be honest in this day and age is unheard of with the internet

It was a bit of a roller coaster at the start as the price on the website was not available and the first holiday option was over £700 with an admin fee on top so do listen to info they give you at the end of booking as it’s important but…

After a lot of work we got a cancellation holiday and Ronnie did everything he could to help so very impressed

Please be very aware of this company for overcharges and misinformation, I've just had an expensive lesson!
I booked a 5 day holiday with Royden Turner of Holiday Globe.Co.Uk in January, he took flights charges from my credit card then sent me an email with a breakdown of what we agreed but this was greatly inflated with hidden charges. I argued this but to no avail. I then found out afterwards this company have a bad reputation of hidden charges, misinformation, pushy sales tactics and non-return of deposits!
A very expensive lesson for me, so holiday Buyers Beware, remember Royden Turner of Holiday Globe.Co.Uk. EXTREME CAUTION ADVISED!

Very pleasant staff , especially Rocky Guzman who helped me will all the process , and answered all questions straight away . Everything over a phone and WhatsApp chat ! Top Man !
