I strongly advise against working with Punto Property and Holidoo.travel.
Despite having scheduled meetings for weeks, the owner, Mr. Jan, unexpectedly backed out of the rental agreement just one day before the finalization — without providing any reasonable explanation.

As a result, the day before the planned cleaning and photo session, we were forced to find a new photographer and rental company at the last minute. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and causes unnecessary stress and losses for clients.

I strongly discourage renting any property from this person.
The lack of responsibility and respect for other people’s time makes it hard to feel safe planning any kind of cooperation or worse! a holiday — with him.
