Their pricing is a joke

Their pricing is a joke. They charge premium rates but deliver budget-level service. My items were supposed to be sent with tracking, but half of my orders had delayed shipping updates or no tracking at all. Customers were furious, and I had to refund people out of my own pocket. They are costing businesses money.

Thank you for your feedback. We have no record of any client or business relationship with someone under this name, and no services were provided through Holistic Fulfilment Ltd.

We take all reviews seriously, but when the experience cannot be verified and the content appears to be misleading, we are obligated to flag it for investigation.

We are currently engaged in a formal dispute with a former client and are aware of attempts to discredit our business across multiple platforms. This review was submitted within minutes of another, using a different name, but containing near-identical language and claims. It has been reported to Trustpilot’s Content Integrity Team for review.

I wish I could give them zero stars

I wish I could give them zero stars. When my stock arrived at customers' doors, it was completely ruined—broken packaging, missing items, and even moldy products! They clearly don’t store things properly. When I asked for compensation, they ignored me for weeks before saying they "aren't responsible." Avoid them at all costs.

The best fulfilment partner!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Holistic Fulfilment. As a fellow small business, they truly understand the importance of flexibility and adaptability to accommodate our unique and sometimes unconventional requests.
Both co-founders, Zara and Ollie, have clear and constant communication which is very valuable in a such a dynamic environment. Their approach fosters a genuine and friendly relationship, while still maintaining a professional, personal touch that makes collaboration seamless.

From batch tracking to inventory management and order fulfilment, the Holistic team handle everything efficiently behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on our business without needing to follow up.

For anyone in need of fulfilment or storage solutions, I would highly recommend Holistic Fulfilment.
