From when i started my claim took roughly 3.5 months to start recieving financial support. Lots of excuses from various staff which also delayed time.

Policy worth every penny!
From start to finish the process of making a claim on the policy was 5*. I was dealt with in a professional manner, you were easy to get in touch with and did everything you said you would to support me whilst I was off work. Thank you Rebecca.

The income protection plan stated.
The income protection plan stated.. retirement and then the number 65.. half way through the plan the retirement age went up to 66.. Holloway do not recognise this and say it was not there responsibility to engage.. having taken legal advice on this matter I beg to differ although this is ongoing!

I have the pleasure of working with Holloway Friendly regularly as a broker and must say the experience across the board with the team is exemplary. May is always approachable and on hand to help.
I have had a particular case that needed action quickly and must say that Katie and Rebecca have been incredible, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca who not only checked but went above and beyond to chase down the status for me and Katie then even called to let me know terms were coming. Outstanding frankly and shows the mindset of Holloway Friendly which needs more recognition for their can do attitude. A fantastic experience all round

The staff are ever so polite. They are always looking for ways to help the client rather than just thinking of the money like most insurance firms. Being with Holloway friend has given me peace of mind if I was to ever fall sick and out of work. If you looking for income protection, look no further.
A lot of companies will ask you for review immediately after purchasing they product, however Holloway Friendly ask for review after dealt with customer service and respect that.
Before purchasing the income protection i questioned myself do i really need it, never been off sick i my life for longer than 2 weeks, but you never know... Had a traffic accident, couldn't work for 4 months, Holloway Friendly provided great support, apritiate that. Thank you.

Outstanding service given
The service given to me during my being poorly has been outstanding, The lady Jackie who deals with my case has been so supportive and understanding in all aspects of my diagnosis treatment and aftercare,
Although taking out insurance may seen a lot to be paying out each month to know I have financial support to help through my illness has made it worth while to not have added worry financialy
